Can I configure file sender to take only 1 file per time?
I have scenario from file to ECC.
The poll interval is 300 seconds.
I want that the sender channel will take only 1 file per time.

Hi,
Definely there will be some specific reason for doing this. If your purpose of doing this is to read the files one after another then there are other alternatives for that like using QoS as EOIO and then putting a delay of 30 sec in your message mapping so that each message will be process after 30 sec.
If you describe more than probably someone can give his/her best opinion.

Can't access file on Time Capsule hard drive after mavericks.

I uploaded some files onto my time machine, after OSX Mavericks; i can see the files but cant open them.Any suggestions as to how i go about it?

Can't copy files to time capsule

I need some help with my new 2TB Time Capsule. I setup the time capsule and did my first time machine backup. Now I want to copy over additional files to time capsule from my full hard drive on my iMac. When I drag files over the following message occurs "The item “FILE NAME” can’t be moved because “Time Capsule” can’t be modified."
I went into my aiport utilities -- opened up my time capsule -- went to disks -- clicked file sharing -- and the enabled file sharing box is checked.
Help! How do I move files to my time capsule.

I'm sorry for the confusion. My device is called "Time Capsule" --- How do I remedy the error I am receiving?

This error occurs when I am drag a document from my iMac hard drive to my time capsule (which technically has another name).

Can't restore files from Time machine backup?

I kinda successfully restored my files from Time Machine after a clean re-install of Snow Leopard (Time Machine thought they were new files, though, so backed up the 26 GB... waste of space), but now I'm trying to restore the files of the other user on the computer. In her pictures folder, I can't copy the iPhoto Library because I don't have permission to access it! The same problem occurred on my account too, but I was able to go to my Time Machine drive and manually change the permissions for the files I wanted, which doesn't work on her account.

If the problems were caused by your data. But that's extremely unlikely. It may have been an app, or, much more likely from your description, something corrupted in the Leopard OS. That's one of the problems with upgrading a sick system without knowing what or where the causes are. How come I could read the files on my external HD and yet not be able to copy the files?
Time Machine uses special "deny everybody everything" permissions on it's backups, among other things, in an attempt to keep us mere mortals from moving, changing, or deleting things and corrupting them.

Can't access files in Time Capsule in WIN7 64 Bit- says folder is empty

Hi there. I can't seem to access my files in Time Capsule using WIN7 64 BIT, it works fine as a router , i can see the time capsule online and how much space it's occupied, however whenever i click on it , it says folder it empty. I can access the files from OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard).
I tried to drag and drop new files into the Time Capsule in WIN7 , it copies/paste the files fine for a second and then disappear, and if i go back to the Snow Leopard i can see those folders again , so i am guessing i need enable some kind access/ file sharing option or whatever that allows the files to be visible. Has anyone faced this situation in WIN7 64 BIT ?

Upgraded to Mavericks, can't find files on time machine

I have an external hard drive where I backup my Macbook Pro. I recently upgraded to Mavericks and now I can't find old files on time machine. I am looking for a file around a certain date, but no matter what date I look at in time machine - the files and data seem to be the same. I hope someone has a solution to my problem!

Restoring specific files or folders
Choose Enter Time Machine from the Time Machine menu. The restore interface appears. You can literally see your windows as they appeared "back in time."
You can use the timeline on the right side of the window to reach a certain point back in time. The timeline shows the times of all backups on your backup drive. If you don’t know exactly when you deleted or changed a file, you can use the back arrow to let Time Machine automatically travel through time to show you when that folder last changed.
Note: Dates in pink indicate the data resides on your Time Machine backup device. Dates in white indicate the data resides on your Mac. In OS X Lion v10.7 and later, portable Macs include local snapshots.
You can also perform a Spotlight search from the Finder. Simply enter a search term in the Spotlight search field, and use the back arrow to have Time Machine search through your backups to find what you are looking for.
Before you restore a file, you can also use Quick Look to preview a file to make sure its the one you want. Highlight the file and press the Space Bar to bring up a quick look.
To restore, select the file/folder and click the "Restore" button. The file will automatically be copied to the desktop or appropriate folder. If the file you are restoring has another file in the same location with the same name, you will be prompted to choose which file to keep or keep both.

Can I configure JDBC Sender to process the RFC response message?

We're working on an integration scenario of synchronous messaging from database to RFC. Is there any way to update or insert the record(s) onto the source database according to the BAPI response?

Hi Chun,
As far as I know you will not be able update the database back based on RFC response in a synchronous way though you have option of selecting BE in sender JDBC adapter.
This is sentence from SAP training material...
"In the case of a JDBC sender, the database table is queried via a SELECT statement. The message is by definition asynchronous hence the QoS should be set as EO or EOIO. "
The only option i can think of is JDBC Sender(async)->BPM->RFC(synch)->response mapping to JDBC receiver structure->JDBC receiver to update the table.

Can Not Unlock Files on Time Capsule

When replacing an external disk drive, I copied over 180 G of mp3 files from an external drive to my Time Capsule into a data folder (not backed up with time machine). After coping them to a new external drive I attempted to delete the files on the Time Capsule only to discover they are all Locked and can not be deleted. When I try to change unlock under "get info" as an admin, it will not unlock. I've read I can sudo chflags for a single file, but I have over 45,000 files. What is the better way?

Are you saying you want to erase the drive on the TC? You don't do that with Disk Utility, you use AirPort Utility.
Airport Utility - Manual Setup
Click the Disks icon in the row of icons
Click the Disks tab below the icons
Click Erase
The Quick Erase will only take few minutes. Zero Out will take several hours or more depending on how much data you have on the drive.
And, it goes without saying that you should check to make sure that you don't need the files on the TC as everything will be erased.
Post back if you need to reset the TC back to factory defaults. This won't erase the drive, but it will clear any configuration settings and set them back to defaults.

Can I copy files from Time Machine to another Mac (or flash drive, etc)?

I hosed my hard drive yesterday (dropped the MBP on a hard floor). Fortunately, I have a TM backup that was done only an hour or so before the accident. It will take me a couple of days to get a new HD and install it, so I'm wondering if it will mess up the TM backup if I copy some of the files onto another system so I can continue stuff I need to do until I can restore the system.
I do *not* intend to do any work, change files, etc on the backup drive, just want to work on them on another system, then copy back *after* the MBP is restored and functional.

So you are saying that this method will not damage TM access to the backup file, as for example in needing to do a complete restore?

Can you transfer files using Time Machine back-up to a new computer?

I have an early 2006 iMac and would like to get a new one. Would I be able to copy the files that I want moved to the new computer by using my Time Machine back-up? I would only want to transfer a handful of items including my iTunes and iPhoto libraries as well as my iWork files.

You most certainly can. What you want to do is to go to System Preferences>Time Machine>Advanced> and exclude everything except the files you want to bring over. Then, plug the Time Machine Backup into the new machine and use Setup Assistant; It'll walk you through the rest.

Can't Find File in Time Machine

Kind of a weird problem, usually I can figure this stuff out on my own.
Basically, I have an edited version of a video and I want to retrieve the original. I know I did the edit on that day and I know its date created. I have a weekly backup from that week and the week after. In the one for that week, neither the original nor the edit are present so I assume the end of that week was right before I moved the video onto my computer. The next backup has the editied version, but the original is nowhere to be found, so I'm assuming that I can't get at in any way, so basically my question is.
1. Does Time Machine back up the trash anywhere? The .trash file isn't in my ~/ so I'm assuming it doesn't, and the file might have been in the trash.
2. How does Time Machine compress the backups into weekly files? Is it possible that something that only existed on my hard drive for a very short period of time got "dropped" in the combining process? Or did I somehow manage to get it onto my computer and delete it between backups?

No, that's one of the things it skips automatically. See What's excluded from backups in #11 of Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions.

It doesn't, exactly. It simply deletes the backups that have "expired." That leaves a "snapshot" of how your entire Mac looked at the time of each remaining backup.

Yes, it's quite possible. It depends on the timing and how often backups are run, but basically Time Machine keeps all backups for 24 hours, except the first of the day, which is kept for a month. After a month, it keeps one per week.

Time Machine backed everything up and if I need an older file I went into the folder I made of previous backups. Now, when I access Time Capsule I only see the Time Machine backups. The folder of previous backups isn't there. There's still tons of space on it so I can't imagine anything was overwritten. Also, the Time Capusle never shows up like other external hard drives or devices - only as a shared device. Not sure if that has something to do with it. I can't tell when this started. It's been a while so there were a couple of OS updates in there. At this point, I just want to get my really old files off of it and move them to another hard drive. Thanks in advance for your help.

Can I receive and send a wifi signal at the same time on my MBP?

Okay, so here's the deal. I recently moved across from where I was living. My old place is still using my internet and wifi. It is strong enough for me to pick it up on my MBP, but not strong enough for my iPhone 5. I know the Mac only has one wifi channel, so it can only send a signal if it is hooked up by ethernet.
Is there a way for my MBP to connect via wifi and then send a signal out for my phone?
Would a dongle work? If so, how could I set that up?

but not in a time use one card.
