No. You need a computer / server to host the RAID. It should be readable by any computer with Fiber Channel - so any XServe, Power Mac G4, G5 or Mac Pro with a fiber card. The XServe RAID was certified to run on Windows Server 2003, so a PC with a fibre channel card should work too...

Nope, the top OS version for the IBM processor is 10.5.8, and under that version I can not update the iTunes further than the 10.6.3 :-(

So, how do you try to switch to the TV? You have the option in your display properties, but does the machine *recognize* the TV? You have also the key combination FN+F5 to change the display, did you already tried it?
And regarding your display drivers (which vga do you have? nvidia or ati?)

Unless you are VPN-ing in or the DBA's at your company have configured Oracle Connection Manager to allow you to connect through the firewall to the database, however, I doubt this will work. If they have configured Connection Manager, you'll have to ask them to provide you with connection information. 99.9% of the time, you do not want people to access a database via the internet.
