Can I connect with more than one iTunes acct

If its multiple apple id's on one computer you can't because you have to log out of one and login on another.
I've only got one ID so I can't test but Winston says you can be signed into iTunes with multiple AppleIDs (i.e authorise iTunes for more than one ID content) at the same time, and that even different account content will stream so long as Home Sharing ID in iTunes matches AppleTV Home Sharing ID.

    Hmmmm.
    If you reset the AirPort Extreme by holding in the reset button for 9-10 seconds and then releasing, the AirPort should be back in default settings which would allow mutliple computers to connect to the LAN ports on the AirPort.
    Power off the cable modem for now and leave it off at least 15 minutes.
    With the AirPort Extreme still powered on, hold in the rest button on the back for 9-10 seconds and release. Allow a full minute for the AirPort Extreme to restart to a slow, blinking abmer light.
    Then, power off the AirPort Extreme.
    Check to make sure that the Ethernet cable from the modem is connected to the WAN "O" port on the AirPort Extreme.
    After the modem has been powered off for at least 15 minutes, power it up and let it run for 5 minutes by itself.
    Now, power up the AirPort Exteme and let it run for 2-3 minutes
    Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
    Connect an Ethernet cable from your Mac to one of the LAN <-> ports on the AirPort Express
    Click on the AirPort Exteme, then click Continue to follow the guided setup tp configure the AirPort Extreme.  You can use the same wireless network name, password, etc that you used before, or set up a new name and password, etc.

    GB can only record 8 tracks at a time, however that is 16 channels, so with some extra effort you can get the outcome you desire, see the second tip here:

    Sync iPod/iPad/iPhone with two computers
    Although it isn't possible to sync an Apple device with two different libraries it is possible to sync with the same logical library from multiple computers. Each library has an internal ID and when iTunes connects to your iPod/iPad/iPhone it compares the local ID with the one the device normally syncs with. If they are the same you can go ahead and sync...
    I have my library cloned to a small 1Tb USB drive which I can take between home & work. At either location I use SyncToy 2.1 to update the local copy with the external drive. Mac users should be able to find similar tools. I can open either of the local libraries or the one on the external drive and update the media content of my iPhone. The slight exception is Photos which normally connects to a specific folder on a specific machine, although that can easily be remapped to the current library if you create a "Photos" folder inside the iTunes Media folder so that syncing the iTunes folders keeps this up to date as well. I periodically sweep my library for new files & orphans with iTunes Folder Watch just in case I make changes at one location but then overwrite the library with a newer copy from the other. Again Mac users should be able to find similar tools.
    As long as your media is organised within an iTunes Music or Tunes Media folder, in turn held inside the main iTunes folder that has your library files (whether or not you let iTunes keep the media folder organised) each library can access items at the same relative path from the library folder so the library can be at different drives/paths on different machines. This solution ensures I always have adequate backups of my library and I can update my devices whenever I can connect to the same build of iTunes.
    When working with an iPhone earlier builds of iTunes would remove any file not physically present in the local library, even if there was an entry for it, making manual management practically redundant on the iPhone. This behaviour has been changed but it will still only permit manual management with a library that has the correct internal ID. If you don't want to sync your library between machines on a regular basis just copy the iTunes Library.itl file from the current "home" machine to any other you want to use, then clean out the library entries and import the local content you have on that box.

  • Can printer connect to more than one network?

    Hello.
    I just bought the wireless HP deskjet 3050 printer. I've connected it to the internet (network) and it's working perfectly. Is it possible to connect to more than one network? We have more than one internet line in the house so I was wondering if I can set it up for both lines. I understand that I can print with multiple computers on the same network (and I am able to do so), but how about on different networks?
    Thanks.

    No, it only has one network connection device so can only connect to one at time, sorry.
    Say thanks by clicking "Kudos" "thumbs up" in the post that helped you.

  • Can a PC have more than one iTunes account on it?

    Can a home PC have more than one iTunes account on it?  What happens if I log into my iTunes account on someone else's PC?  I don't have access to my own PC and want to download more music onto my gear.

    1. Yes. Use separate user accounts on the computer; if desired, you can instead launch iTunes with the Shift key held down and create a new iTunes library, but this won't have separate preferences.
    2. Nothing will happen to the existing content. If you're syncing an iPhone, iPod, or iPad, click here.

  • VS 2005 CR integrated report connection with more than one database

    Hello,
    I am using VS 2005 to make a reporting application. I am using the Crystal Reports Viewer and I need to know how to integrate the report login information for more than one database. Here is the VB code I have for one connection:
    Imports CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine
    Imports CrystalDecisions.Shared
    Partial Class _Default
        Inherits System.Web.UI.Page
        Protected Sub Page_Load(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Me.Init
            ConfigureCrystalReports()
        End Sub
        Private Sub ConfigureCrystalReports()
            Dim myConnectionInfo As ConnectionInfo = New ConnectionInfo()
            myConnectionInfo.DatabaseName = ""
            myConnectionInfo.UserID = ""
            myConnectionInfo.Password = ""
            myConnectionInfo.ServerName = ""
            Dim reportPath As String = Server.MapPath("CleaningReport.rpt")
            CrystalReportViewer1.ReportSource = reportPath
            SetDBLogonForReport(myConnectionInfo)
        End Sub
        Private Sub SetDBLogonForReport(ByVal myConnectionInfo As ConnectionInfo)
            Dim myTableLogOnInfos As TableLogOnInfos = CrystalReportViewer1.LogOnInfo
            For Each myTableLogOnInfo As TableLogOnInfo In myTableLogOnInfos
                myTableLogOnInfo.ConnectionInfo = myConnectionInfo
            Next
        End Sub
    End Class
    I am new to visual basic and really appreciate any help.
    Thanks

    Hi Steve,
    Test by creating  one more function ConfigureCrystalReport1() and pass the details for database 2.
    I am not sure there is any sample for this however you can have a look to samples [here|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/boc/samples]

  • Can i sync my iphone with more than one itunes library without erasing content?

    So i just got a replacement iphone yesterday, and restored from a backup all my contacts and stuff.
    I dont have my own laptop so when it comes to music i get all of my mine from other computers...this has never been a problem with my phone or ipods, but i guess it is now...when i click on manually manage it says:
    "An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes library."
    so i cannot go to a second device and take songs from them without erasing the ones from the previous comp.
    they used to be able to authorized on up to 5 comps right? is this a new strict setting, or is there a way around it??
    thanks

    No. An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes library.
    Basically you'd want to get the music to the library first, then sync it to the phone after you get it set up in your library.  iTunes will not transfer songs off the phone that were not purchased through the iTunes store, so they need to be in your library beforehand. You might consult with the googles if there are other third party ways to do that.
    The 5 compy authorization is for iTunes account authorization, which means transfering music bought through itunes, apps, etc.

  • How can I connect to more than one computer from external ip

    Hi
    I have been using remote desktop for some time and have a port forward set so I can connect to our mail server from anywhere else externally from my macbook pro, but how can I connect to other macs in the office when there only seems to be the two ports available for use 5900 and 3283. I can only port forward to one computer? How can I connect to multiple computers when not within the same network? are there other ports available?
    Cheers
    Tony

    If your workstations get their addresses from an NAT device rather than being "real", the ports also need to be forwarded in the router to the workstation's internal IP address.  ARD uses port 3283 for the reporting and updating function, so if your Macs are getting their IP addresses through NAT, since you can only forward a port to a single workstation, you can only get reports, push package/files to etc. for a single workstation.
    ARD uses the VNC protocol for observation and control, though, and there are a range of IP addresses for that protocol, starting with 5900. ARD uses 5900 by default, so that port would be forwarded to the first workstation. You would, I believe,  need to install third-party VNC software on the systems (since the ARD client cannot listen on any port other than 5900 while other VNC systems can be set for other ports such as 5901, 5902, etc. You would then  forward 5901 to the second workstation (and on to 5902, 5903, etc.). You can then use the following information:
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=RemoteDesktop/3.0/en/ARDC715.html  to connect.
    The only other options are: 1) to run the ARD administrator on a workstation on the network, and then take control of that system from outside, either via VNC or another copy of ARD, or 2) set up a virtual private network (VPN) so that when you connect from outside, your admin system is officially part of the local network.
    Hope this helps.

  • Can I buy in more than one Itunes store

    I'm not a Fillipino, just live here, I see in stores in my language many thinks, but can buy it

    Hi,
    I am a UK national living in Spain, and I have credit cards from both countries. I have created two appleID, one for each country, and I swap between the two as and when required. Whilst in Spain I am usually signed-in with my UK ID, and I can purchase anything from iTunes both on my Mac and iPhone. Infrequently I use the Spain ID, but only when music is not available in the UK store.
    Hope this helps.

  • Why can't I have more than one iTunes linked t my iPod

    I have Macs for years, all sorts, I currently actively use, iMac g417,iMac g5 20, iMac intel 24. G4 Mac Mini,Intel Mac Mini, G5 tower, G4 Tower, powerbook g4 and mac book. Yes I know but I work from home with Mac all day...
    I have thousands of songs, all legal, I'm old and have huge CD collection.. I have them spread around the Macs.
    I want to add different playlist from different iTunes to my iPod, just want to drag and drop. Don't care about iTunes store, my CD, my Macs, My iTunes, My Ipod, Not pirating any thing here, WHY CAN I NOT SIMLY DO THIS. I'm forced to go with another player that does not have these retrictions

    Hi Dean, I have no problems using my iPod simultaneously with my notebook and desktop (iBook G4 & iMac G5). All you need to do is un-check the "sync" iPod with iTunes box, or check manually manage music... whatever it is. As long as you are manually managing everything, it should not give you any problems. You can drag and drop to your heart's content! A few notes: MP3 CD's... are amazing, because you don't actually have to import them to your computer, you can just drag and drop the tunes onto your iPod. It might be to your advantage to back up your music libraries on MP3 CD's, the initial process is slightly tedious, but well worth it because you can always create CD's in the future if necessary and free up GB of your hard drive (I'm sure you already thought of this though, you sound pretty savvy.) The ONLY problem I do encounter is sometimes the iTunes on my G5 will just close on me. The trick is to only MANAGE the music from the initial iTunes regardless of where you ADD music from... if that makes sense. Alright, good luck and if you have any questions or anything needs clarifying, just drop me a line (or reply or whatever) Good Luck!
    P.S. I am using the newest iPod Video 80GB, I don't know if that will make a difference or not, but both my sisters have different Nano's and they work the same way that mine does.

  • X1 Carbon / ThinkPad USB 3.0 Dock: Issues with connecting with more than one Dock

    Hello fellow users / Lenovo,
    In our office we have several X1 Carbons and several ThinkPad USB 3.0 Docks (0A33970) located all over the office. We typically bring our X1 Carbons around and use each other's Dock during the course of work.
    However, we recently face a problem with the Ethernet interface not working with other Docks, other than the Dock that the driver was installed with.
    Using other Docks, the Ethernet interface comes up as a generic Ethernet device with a yellow warning triangle inside Control Panel.
    Using the Dock that the driver was installed with, the Ethernet device works as normal.
    It should be pretty easy to replicate this behaviour, just get an X1 Carbon (fresh, Windows 8.1) and connect a USB 3.0 Dock to it, and install appropriate drivers.Verify that the Ethernet port works correctly.
    Next, disconnect the Dock and connect another Dock to the X1 Carbon. Observe that the Ethernet interface does not work, and see the yellow warning triangle icon under Control Panel.
    Uninstalling and Reinstalling the drivers with the new Dock doesn't work either. Only the Dock that the driver was originally installed with will work.

    Would love an official response to this.

  • Syncing with more than one itunes

    I have an iMac and a Macbook. I want to sync my ipod to both. Can I do this? If so how?

    Yes - sort of. You will need to set each library to 'manually manage......'. Hold down the 'Option' + Apple/Command keys together when plugging in the iPod. This will prevent a sync so you can manage your settings. Keep the keys down until the iPod shows in the Devices' tab in iTunes.
    If you want to auto sync then you would need to make sure each library is identical on the Mac's.
