You should be able to. Check your car stereo's manual for specifics on how to do that. You probably need to set your car stereo input to the paired Phone instead of FM or the CD player.

Sounds like an odd question but my phone will connect to BT Openzone so I want to share that with my iPad via personal hotspot. I could use 3G but then it comes off my data allowance and I don't want to have to buy a separate SIM for my iPad if I can avoid it. I can swap my sim from my phone, but that's a pain!

Have you tried Firefox's zoom feature? Font size and zoom - increase the size of web pages
You can "zoom" all sites using this add-on: [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2592/ NoSquint]. After setting your global zoom level, you can still fine-tune the zoom on individual sites.
After installing NoSquint, click the % on the Add-on Bar to call up site preferences, then click the Global Settings button, then the Zooming tab.
If you don't have the Add-on Bar displayed, you can right-click the new tab button ("+") or a blank area of the tab bar to the right of it and choose Add-on Bar from the shortcut menu.
You can experiment with sizes larger than 125%, but I wouldn't go much higher than 150% unless you have a large high-resolution monitor.

I can't seem to upload PDF files through Firefox 5.0

I have not been able to upload a PDF file through Firefox 5.0. This has occurred with two different websites. It appears from the error messages that the file is not being identified as a PDF file, but is labelled something else. DOCX files are uploaded appropriately, but I must use PDF also. Thanks.

I've been using DW CS4 since Dec. 2010 to design and upload the store site with no problems until this past week.
I update the site once a month, during the last couple of weeks I've used DW to design 2 new pages, but this past week when I went to upload the pages I noticed the remote view was different. The remote view did show the 2 new files, including pictures, but not all the other files that I normally see, including the index file.
Plus, there are folders I didn't see before, CGI, DropBox and about 6 others.
On the 2nd pg. of the main site, I put a link to past editions, the URL looks like this... http://www.landmarkantiques.com/July2011.html
I can't think of anything I might have done to cause the change, so I'm at a loss as to why and what might have caused it.
I have DW CS5 that I have not installed, and I'm a little worried about making that transition since this has happened.

You might also consider disabling the protected mode in Flash 11.3+, since that feature is currently being debugged. Last but not least, when you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
1. Clear Firefox's Cache

On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
2. If needed, delete the site's cookies here (this will log you out)
While viewing a page on the site, right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

I'm sure that ownership of images in the entertainment industry is complex. The actors may have rights, the photographers may have rights, and the studio has rights.
If you do nothing, hoping they won't discover your website, then that will only be successful if the SEO ranking of the site is so bad that no one discovers it. Be proactive.
You don't hear a lot about copyright infringement lawsuits because they are not generally exciting news for the media to cover, but check your phone book to see how many intellectual property lawyers are listed in your area. Probably a lot.

Safari can't contact websites that load fine in Firefox... With a twist.

Hi Tiger on an Ibook G4 patched/updated to the latest of everything except Itunes.
I can't access a number of websites. It only happens at my office so I had assumed they blocked them (weird since it is a very random collection of them). Finally a coworker sent me a link and I casually said thats a blocked site and they looked at me funny. I then tried Firefox and it worked fine.
All these sites work fine in Safari on the public wifi and my cellular internet stick.
The exact error it shows, for example "Contacting www.apple.com" and just sits. Other times on sites that load part of a site from another site, the main page loads and say the comments section will never load.
Itunes will no longer access the itunes store at work either I assume since it uses some component of Safari to get there.
I have reinstalled Safari from the full apple download since the first was an update via the updater. Repaired permissions, cleared out the cache and cookies. Deleted a bunch of the plugins.
I used the developer menu to disable Java, no help.
One other detail that may matter, this started also about the same time they replaced a server that handles our DHCP leases at work. I'm not sure if it handles DNS too but it would be strange for Firefox to work and not Safari.
Perplexed and annoyed by having to use Firefox and no Itunes downloading.

We don't use any proxies servers.
I tried pointing my ethernet DNS entries to the Open DNS nameservers and it has made no difference. Firefox still works and Safari won't.
The network topology is a bit weird, our NAT Router used to hand out the IP leases a long time ago. That was replaced 2 or 3 years ago with the Windows Server. When the windows server is down the whole network loses internet access despite the NAT Router still having the DSL plugged into it so obviously all the internet traffic is being routed through the windows box somehow.

I set up a userChrome.css file for myself about two years ago and I'm happy to say that '''most''' of it works fine in Firefox 4.
I do need to tweak one item, but I can no longer see how to view the Firefox UI "source" in order to make the change.

How can I hide content in design view within Dreamweaver?
I have a tabbed content menu that uses some javascript. Everything looks great in Live view, but when I go to design view, all the content goes way beyond the div. How can I make it to where I can hide the content in that div in design view or wrap it completely inside of there? It's really hard to explain which is why I provided some pictures!

Humm....... you want to hide it in Design View whilst working on the rest of the site?
If that is the case set the menu container <div> to display: none; -
<div id="menu" style="display: none;">This is the content menu</div>
Then either set it to display: block; when you're ready to view it live or remove the style completely.

You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):
