Can I create an entirely new Apple ID account and still keep my music/purchases/apps from my old account?

I have lost the password and security questions to my current apple ID account. The password was changed sometime in between updates and I can't figure out what it was changed to. (I wasn't the one to change it). I can hardly do anything with my current apple ID, so I created a new one (to post this question first). I can't update or get anything new.
Will I be able to transfer or keep my music/apps/purchases from my OLD account and put them on the NEW account, without losing anything? I've bought quite a lot of music, and really don't want to have to buy them again.
Any help is much appreciated!

No. Any content purchased from the iTunes Store is permanently associated to the account from which it was originally purchased.

I just purchased a new Ipad with 4G yesterday and I am trying to transfer my purchased apps from my old Ipad to the new one. We have one Apple ID and one Itunes account that we are using.

Connect the old iPad to your computer, launch iTunes and then sync the iPad. A backup will be created when you sync the iPad and your purchased apps should transfer into your iTunes library on the computer. Just to be safe - manually transfer the purchases as well.
After the sync completes - right click on the iPad name on the left side under "Devices" and select - Transfer Purchases. Let the process complete - and just because I am OCD - I would sync one last time. Eject the iPad and quit iTunes.
Then connect your new iPad to the computer and launch iTunes again. You will be given the opportunity to set up as new or to restore from the backup of the old iPad. Choose backup from the iPad - let the process complete - and then follow that with a sync with iTunes to put all of the content that was on the old iPad onto the new one.

You might consider restoring to factory specs, as detailed in the booklet that shipped witht the machine, using the Setup Assistant on first boot, and then reinstalling those new programs. i've not moved pictures, so you could always give that a shot.

iPad apps will not run on a Mac.
iPads use the iOS operating system. Macs use the OS X operating system. Apps for one won't run on the other.
The most that you can do is store the content on your iPad in the content libraries of iTunes for Mac. You can play the music, movies, TV shows, and podcasts from the iPad using iTunes on the Mac. As well as, read iBooks from the iPad in iBooks for Mac.

Apps are always associated with the AppleID that purchased them, you cannot use another AppleID with them,
So in order to update them you must use the credentials that were used to purchase them.
You can chnge the details (Name and Primary email) for an AppleID instead of creating a new one.

Ordering a new phone and being able to purchase one at any time is certainly exciting. If you purchase a new phone and have not received it,you most certainly can cancel the order and keep your uprgade date the same. Was there any particular reason you were wanting to cancel the order for the iPhone 6? Was the order placed online or over the phone? We have all of the options available for you.

I want to make a new Apple account separate from my parent's account, will I be able to keep my previously purchased apps from their account if the files are on my computer?

The title says it all. I use my parent's account for my iTunes on my laptop currently, and I would like to make my own Apple account. My question is if I will still be able to use the applications and games that I downloaded [purchased] while using this computer. All of the files for the apps are on this computer, I'm just not sure if I will be able to put them on my iPod [2G] once I make the account.

You can't delete an account, only iTunes Support can potentially do so, but you would lose all of the account's purchases if they do so - all downloads are tied to the account that downloaded them, they cannot be transferred to another account.
If you do create a new account then there are instructions on this page of how to do so without giving credit card details : Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method.

No. You can sign in and out of the different accounts on the phone and the iPad but you can't use automatic downloads with two different ID's and if you switch to another ID on a device and then you download past purchases using that ID, you will lock yourself out of the other ID for 90 days.

All apps purchased and downloaded via iTunes on your computer, or the same with your iPhone should be available in your iTunes library.
When syncing the iPhone 3G with iTunes, you select the applications that you want installed on your iPhone 3G under the Applications tab for your iPhone sync preferences. No different from selecting the iTunes content that you want transferred to the iPhone.

My old computer with my iTunes library on along with my iPod was destroyed in a fire. I have since got a new laptop and iPod plus started a new library with a new email address. How do I get the purchased tracks from my old library onto my new one?

Obviously I spent a lot of money on my old computer and on tracks for the iTunes library plus iPod and I don't wish to have to buy all those tracks again - though I had no choice but to buy a new laptop and iPod.

It looks as though i would be in situation where i have both accounts on the same computer but need a seperate ipod for each but i cant afford to but another ipod so i am letting things be as they are. I now back-up all my stuff in my current itunes library to an external driver so if the laptop breaks down i at least have saved the music to install on a new laptop or netbook. I would sign up for the icloud to save my music on that but as i understand it the cloud will only hold itune purchased tracks and those imported from cds and not any mp3 tracks purchased from another online retailer.

If I understand right, you've created an Apple ID but you're not able to change or remove your payment information for the iTunes Store.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in this article if you want to remove your payment information:

I have a new mac book pro, and since have transferred all my information from my old to my new. Now i have what looks like a partition. Am locked out of programs unless i switch users. Can this be fixed??

This i a frustrating problem for me, i have to keep switching users to access different programs, ie- no office on my new side. Even my i tunes libaries are different. Any suggestions out there.

The best thing would be to restore from your backups. If you failed to make backups, though, download and install the latest version of iTunes on your computer, if you haven't already, go to the iTunes Store, log into your account, and click the new Purchases link under the Quick Links. The new iTunes in the Cloud service, currently in beta as part of iCloud, may allow you to re-download your purchased content. Music, movies and TV shows are only available to US users at this time.
You can also do this from the iTunes app on your iOS device, if you have iOS 4.3.3. Run the iTunes app and look at the bottom of the screen for the Purchased link.

Can I sync purchased/merge/move apps from an old apple-ID to a new one?

Hello all.
I have been using an apple-ID, which I have been sharing with my family, for about two years now.
Now I want to have my own apple-ID, so that I can have fully control over it myself, and so that I can use iCloud on my own apple devices and not on the whole family's!
The problem is, though, that I have purchased a lot of apps on that old apple-ID, and I do not feel like buying all of those apps again on a new apple-ID - that would be a waste of money!
So, is it possible to sync/merge/move/share those purchased apps from the old apple-ID to a new apple-ID?
Of course I can keep all of the apps on my devices, but then again, it would be very unpractical to purchase and update some apps with the new ID, while I still have to update other apps with the old one.
Any solutions?

Sorry.
Apps will always be tied to the account from which they were purchased, and will always have to be updated using that account.
