Can I create *.JPG of a video shot with FLVPLayback

Question

Hi,
I would like to do the following:
I want to load an FLV file with event cuepoints and at each
event, create a *.JPEG of the snaphot of the movie being played.
I basically want to have a way to automatically create JPEG
snapshots at each cuepoint.
Does anyone know if I can do this and how?

Yes, I want to pre-make the snapshots of all the movies I
will show. I looked at one example on how to use the BitmapData
class to export the bitmap to a PHP that can create the JPEG. So
looks like creating the JPEG is doable. For now I am entering the
cuepoints by hand in the FLV of a movie and then will input this
FLV into an actionscript that will create the JPEG snapshots.
Don't know about JSFL at all, but will look into that, thank
you.

Do you know if one HAS to use the Flash Media Server
software? or could i use some other server?

Not sure exactly how I would do it. It would depend upon
things like the length of the video. How many of these cuepoints
are there? Will they be able to start playing before the entire
video is downloaded? And who knows what else.
