Can i cutaway to a photo in a clip which has been green screened?
I used the green screen effect on a clip and now want to use a cutaway within the clip, but have been unsuccessful. Any workaround?
You can do this in Final Cut Pro, but not in iMovie.
But there is a workaround. You can export your Green Screen Effect using the Share/EXPORT TO QUICKTIME. Choose Apple Intermediate Codec as the Codec.
Then FILE/IMPORT MOVIE to import this clip into an Event. Now you can use it in a project and apply a cutaway to it.

1-Add Attachment Image column
2-Set the *View Instance (ViewObject that feeds table)
3-Add Entity under the Attachment image
4-Set *Entity as same with your entity value
5-Insert Allowed =>false, Update Allowed => false Show All => true
6-Add a primary key under the Entity
7-Set View Attribute with your primary key column like PersonId

How can I connect my old macbook pro hard drive, which has been removed, to a new computer
I had to remove the hard drive from my 2010 Macbook Pro due to damages motherboard (son spilled apple juice). I bought a new macbook pro and need to pull some data offf the old on. I had the hard drive removed and see the pin connector. What type of cable do I need to connect this via usb, firewire or thunderbolt

Try assigning Queen as the Album Artist on the compilations in iTunes on your computer.

I can't crop/edit a photo in Facebook because when I touch the screen it just zooms the whole screen in and out
I am trying to update my profile picture and cover photo and Facebook advises to crop the area of the photo you want and select the area you want by dragging the area of photo , but every time I touch the screen it just zooms the whole page in and out and I can't turn it off :-(If your email account offers a webmail access, I suggest checking the webmail - log in to your account using the webmail access, and I predict you will see all those "unread" emails there and can dispose of them from there.
This happens because the iPhone that went bad, when reading those emails, did not remove them from your email provider's servier. -

I have an iphone 3G which has been disabled after a child tried to get into it. Itunes will not connect until I have put the passcode in but the device will only enable emergency calls and does not allow a passcode to be put in. I have put it into recovery mode and itunes can't see it. There is currently no SIM card in it and it's not connectng to the wifi so I can't wipe it from the cloud. Any ideas how I can get into it?
iPhones require a SIM for activation.
Put the device in DFU mode (google it) and restore via iTunes. -

I can't install Snow leopard on my hard disk which has 10.4.11 on it and lots of space, I run the snow Leopard install disk and it says it cant be installed on my hard disk, which has 160 GB of space.
Which iMac? If it's a G5, the highest OS you can run is Leopard. Are you using the full retail copy of Snow, or a grey, machine specific disc from another computer? If it's the latter, that's the reason.

I have a MacBook Pro. My mac can detect wifi. But will not connect anywhere. I did get connected via TCP/IP settings but I can't connect to any wifi anywhere. Network diagnostic has a green light for wi-fi and wi-fi settings. Red light for the rest. (Network settings, ISP, Internet and server.)

You mention "lack of control" several times. The control is there - you control the Apple ID and password that owns the app. No other Apple ID can use the app. You have not shared your Apple ID or password with anyone, so you and only you own the app.
Therefore, the number of times the app is downloaded or re-downloaded is completely irrelevant. You might, for example, decide to purchase a new iPhone or iPad and download the app there. Or the app developer may issue a new version which you download. None of this matters regarding your "control" of the app. All that matters is that you own it and nobody else can use it. -
