Can i delete the letterboxing plug-in from the "show package contents"?
When I move clips from one project to another, either by click and drag or edit-copy-paste, of footage shot with the same camera the same day, the clip imports as a letterboxed clip. I have unchecked the automatic letterboxing in the preferences-import, deleted plists, ran disk utility, reinstalled snow leopard, moved the clip from my lacie to the desktop and then to the other project.
I would like to solve this by deleting (move to trash) the "letterbox.bundle" from the "plug-ins" of control-clicking imovie hd in applications. That seems like it would work, but I have never messed with those. Could it cause other unintended consequences? Also,I want to reinstall my iLife 6.0.3 disc but it gives me odd prompts also. I can't isolate the imovie part. Thanks!
Thanks for telling me about the "video format options". I wondered why it would try to start a new project in HD sometimes, giving a two-pane view in the clips section instead of three. I learned to play the camera before clicking "start a new project" to clue in imovie. I will always use this option now when starting a new project. I also had never payed attention to the format display at the top of my project screen.
I opened all the affected projects I've been trying to move clips around in, and they all say "DV-NTSC", so that seems not to be the cause of my letterboxing problem.
Now, I will try reinstalling imovie 6.0.3 with Pacifist. I assume I don't need to reinstall the idvd on that disc.

Once a movie is copied into iTunes, can I delete the file from the folder?
I've copied several movies into iTunes and then sync'd them onto my Apple TV.
My question is: Once I've copied a movie into iTunes, can I delete the movie from its original folder (e.g. the Movie folder) and still have the movie in my iTunes?

You can delete the backup without any problem. Only the backup will be deleted from iCloud and nothing else will be deleted, so you can do it without worrying about losing data on iCloud or your devices

You definitely can.
To remove your payment information open iTunes and go into your account. An easy way to access your account is from quick links on the store home page. After you login there will be a payment type listed with an edit button next to it. Click edit then select none under card type (next to visa, mastercard, etc).
Afterwards at the bottom of the page select done, then your card will no longer be on file. It will prompt you for a card next time you try to download something that isn't free. -

How can we delete the concurrent node entry from the FND_NODES table without running Autoconfig.
Currently we are having 3 nodes RAC and we are deciding to remove one node from the RAC and all 3 nodes are registered as concurrent node with application but concurrent manager is running only on one node.
Lot of the custom configuration we did it at application web tire level. If we run the Autoconfig at that time we need to redo those changes again that we are trying to avoid.
Regards .we are trying to avoid to run FND_CLONE.setup_clean because it will delete all the nodes entries from the FND_NODES.If those entries are invalid then they should be deleted.
Running AutoConfig after purging the table will populate it with the correct entries.
In order to populate the nodes entries again we need to run autoconfig and it will change the server id in fnd_nodes and then we need to redo the ADI client configuration on users PC and redo all the changes that we made in jserv and webserver.For ADI Clients, you should use the correct server ids which will be populated in the table for you once you run AutoConfig.
For jserv configuration, you can refer to (Customizing an AutoConfig Environment [ID 270519.1]) to make the preserve all your custom setup/configuration after running AutoConfig.
If there any custom script to delete only one node from the fnd_node so that we don't need to run autoconfig after that, then I really appreciate.No.

You can't delete an account, you can only stop using it. If you're getting that error message you won't be able to create a new account on your device. Your only options are to re-use one of the accounts previously created, or create a new account on a different iOS device or Mac (running OS X Lion or higher), if you have one.
