Can I disable F1 for LabVIEW help?

When my VIs are running, I want to disable the help window popping up when the user presses the F1 key. I don't care whether it pops up when I'm editing.

You can also programmatically discard the event that is generated when the F1 key is pressed by using filter events in an Event structure. Discard the event by passing a True value to the 'Discard?' input on the Event Filter Node for a Key Down ? event>. The Vkey to be monitored being "F1".

SNR License Issue. How Can I Disable SNR for all Users?

I Have an issue with SNR on CUCM 10.5 and with assignement of license type
I have a cluster with 400 users.
200 users use ip phone 3905 and should be use an Essential License.
When system check for assignement of license type , itassign a Basic License instead of an Essential License, because it see that users have SNR Enabled.
All users in my system have SNR enabled, and I can not disable it. All my user have Enable Mobility unchecked, and all my phone have Device Mobility Off, but system however see SNR enable.
How can i disable SNR for all users? This is a feature that client don't need.
I dont' have a sufficent number of licenses for support all 3905 in Basic License.

Well actually, Mobile Identity wouldn't apply to a 3905 unless those phones had another line on a Dual-Mode device like an iPhone or Android phone. So unless you have either of those in your system you can scratch that idea. Someone else may chime in here and try to help a bit more as RD/RDP are the main SNR culprits.

If you mean the built-in functionality of Adobe Reader and Adobe Flash, it's different mechanism for both.

After you've studied the above guides, you need to implement those to be used with ConfigMgr application deployment so that when you deploy Reader/Flash, you get the result you want = no automatic update functionality.

Actually there is an extended policy introduced with one of the previous cumulative update.
Having applied the latest CU on both server and the clients, IgnoreEnableP2PVideoPolicyInConf policy would enable the exact behaviour.
Before running the cmdlet below for a client policy, please confirm that that AllowIPVideo is set to True and EnableP2PVideo is set to False for that user.

Hi,
"Delete" without generating redo-log is not possible.
If you are on 10g, one way of making this thing efficiant is partition the table, with range-list partitioning. Partitioning existing table will be an excercise in itself, but that will be one time activity.
In partitioned (or sub-partitioned) tables, you can truncate a partition (or subpartition). That won't generate any redo log (or very very less redo log) and that runs in seconds.
In your case if you range partition INCOMING table by datetime (1 partition per day) and list sub-partition it by STATUS, that would help.
Another approach is, if you are deleteing, say 80% records every day and leaving 20% (or very less) records. What you can do is, partition the table only by range on datetime. Then, every time you want to delete data, copy the rows you want to keep in some other table (or temporary table), truncate partition for that day and insert rows back (which you want to keep).
I have done a similar thing and it works very quickly and generates very less redo log. Redo log generated in case of truncating partition or creating new partitions is just for Oracle internal commands (like data dictionary update etc).

Hello AT&T Forum! Question 1: Can I disable the AT&T modem for only my VoIP phone line and have it enabled for everything else? I have got Vonage VoIP telephone. I have been having issues with callers on the other end. It happens on both outbound calls and inbound calls. The person(s) on the other end tell me that my voice is choppy. It does not happen on every call. On most of the calls the person on the other end can hear me really good. It's just some of the calls that it's choppy on the other end. Also, on my end it's always crystal clear. A Vonage technician has told me that if the problem continues then I will have to disable the firewall in my modem. It seems that if it were the firewall causing the problem it would be choppy on my end as well. But it's not choppy on my end. Question 2: If the firewall were causing the line to be choppy on the other end would the line on my end be choppy as well? Thank you in advance.

Well, there are different inbound/outbound firewall rules, but I'm not sure if the firewall is actually your problem.

It's a really bad idea to post your email addresses - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove them.
If you want to change the account your phone is logged into you need to sign out of it first (Settings>iCloud, click 'Delete account' - this does not remove the account from the server).
Or if you want to remove the account from the phone just sign out. You cannot delete the account from the server.

How can I disable iMessage for some of my contacts?

I have unlimited text, but limited data on my iPhone 5s. I only want to receive/send iMessages to a select few on my contacts list who have iPads and then use SMS for my iPhone friends. I tried disabling my phone number as a receive/sender, but it only lets me disable my email. How can I make it so I don't have to turn off iMessage to send SMS messages to other iPhone users? It's very problematic. I end up receiving all my messages from those with iPhones on iMessage when I turn it back on, which defeats the purpose of me sending an SMS message to them in the first place. If I disable iMessages completely it keeps me from being able to communicate with my iPad using pals. I can't win either way.

i need to use labview to create a dice vi.This dice vi needs to test an interfacing hardware downloaded with a dice program(written in vhdl).
i really need help in writing the vi and using the daq card to interface with the hardware.I'm using a pci-6503 with cb-50lp, and labview 6i.
Here are the specifications for the vi:
1.Needs 7 dig_read_to_lines to show the leds(display 7-seg to show the numbers of dice after each 'throw');
2.needs 2 dig_write_to_lines to tell the hardware to when to start and when to reset.When start is first pressed, the 7-seg will display a continuous running random number, and when the start is pressed the 2nd time, the 7-seg will stop to display a random number.T
he reset when pressed will make the 7-segment back to 0.
3.both the read and write can also using read_to_port or Write_to_port(i'm not very sure how).
The problem is to combine both read and write togather so that the vi can continuously read the hardware and display random running numbers and at the same time able to start,stop and reset as desired.I've tried doing it,but unsuccessful,becos either the numbers don't run continuous or the numbers don't start,stop andt reset as desired.
Pls help and if anyone can show me a model dice vi,it'll definitely help alot.Its quite important.

Here is how you can set up your VI. I would recommend using the read and write to digital port VIs. Use the DIO advanced VIs to get the results that you need. You will see that the read/write to digital port VI basically use two steps - Port Config, and Read/Write Port VI.
Here is my idea. Outside of a loop run Port Config VI and configure one port for read and one port for write. Then in the loop you will read and/or write to digital ports depending on certian conditions such as start, stop, reset, etc (use case statements). You can use the line mask to read or write the lines of interest in Read/Write Port VI.
So when the start button is pressed the program will write out a value to the write port and start the read from digital port.
Then when the the st
op button is pressed, the program will stop reading from the digital port. Finally when the reset is pressed, you can not set the read port to zero, but you can set the indicator on the front panel to zero (maybe use a local variable). The read port will simply return the value at the port and does not set the port to a certain value (it is a read port and not a write port).

Can I disable antialiasing for the Delete command?

I'm manipulating selections and using the Delete key alot but the antialiasing that comes with the delete key is messing up my crisp graphics. Is there any way for me to temporarly disable this feature of the Delete key?

Can I disable trash for external drives?

Is it possible to disable the Trash for external drives so that files from external drives are completey deleted automatically, or else moved to the trash on my internal hard drive? The problem that I am trying to solve is, for example, when I download pictures from my camera, if I want to make more space available on the camera, I have to first delete the pictures from the camera, and then empty my trash, since deleting the pictures from the camera only moves them to a hidden folder called ".Trash". I would prefer if I didn't have to empty the trash every time I wanted to free up room on my camera external hard drive.

It isn't without its risks, but another option may be to ⌘-drag the files to the hard drive, which will simulate a "move" by copying the files to the hard drive then deleting them from the external. If something goes wrong during the transfer, it may be difficult in some situations to determine which files were being copied at the time - ie. which ones were potentially corrupted. It might be ok as a cleanup procedure after the files have been imported normally, but then you end up sitting through the process of copying them to the hard drive a second time - you might as well just toss them in the "Trash". Also, if a large number of files is involved, just don't accidentally drop them on the "Desktop" because the "Finder" can't handle it. Obviously, I'm not a fan of the method, but it's there as an option...
