Can I disable iCloud for security reasons

my email is ****@icloud.*** but when I put change password does not get the message but is linked with my mail, also when creating mail ****@hotmai*** change my password but it just turned off and I can not activate my iphone please help

It's a really bad idea to post your email addresses - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove them.
If you want to change the account your phone is logged into you need to sign out of it first (Settings>iCloud, click 'Delete account' - this does not remove the account from the server).
Or if you want to remove the account from the phone just sign out. You cannot delete the account from the server.

My 5-minute-old AppleId account was disabled immediately for security reasons. I have followed instructions carefully and although I seem to be able to change my password, I cannot login using the new password bcs account disabled for security reasons!

It is probably something to do with the fact that I am in the Philippines, but what am I supposed to do? According to the support options I have to pay to open a support ticket. My account was not verified when it was disabled and I think I might be in some sort of deadlock in which the password reset won't work because I'm not verified, and the verification won't work because I can't log in.
I've never bought a single Apple product before and this has got to be the worst intro I could have imagined!

After about an hour on the phone with US support (who were very helpful I must say) it turns out that if you do not have an iTunes account with credit card information and a billing address, you are very much more likely to get your AppleId account disabled "for security reasons". This begs the question of course as to whose security we are talking about here! But there you go. If you are an Apple first-timer, get an iTunes account, fill in all your details, and you should be alright.

Sorry, but we're all just your fellow users here and cannot do anything to reactivate an account. Contact the iTunes Store customer service group through the form at the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them. They should be able to help you sort out the problem with your account login.

I am a victim of " Your apple ID has been disabled" (not for security reasons, only disabled), is there any way to solve this?

Is there any possible way to achieve my goal? I really want to solve this, looking forward for your assistance.
Note: This is only "Your Apple ID has been Disabled", it did not mention security reasons and other words / things.
Random Facts:
1- I had my phone less than a year. (Iphone 4S)
2- I never had problems with it
3- I may have used multiple accounts (2 max.)
4- Even on my PC, i cannot download any application
5- In my country there is no apple store

My apple id has been disabled, i have forgotten my security questions, and my recovery email. I cant update any apps i cant download any apps. I can't log in at all now as I've forgotten my admin password. A few weeks ago I also changed the password on my husband's new MacBook Pro and again forgot the password. I spoke to someone at Apple and they helped me to reset it within minutes, by restarting the computer holding Command+something else (I can't remember what it was). A black screen with writing came up and I had to type in something like "password" (not sure exactly). Anyway, this was a very quick and efficient process but I didn't write it down unfortunately. Tap reset to reset our account. " When i tried to reset my accout there was this messege that my password wasn't correcr . But there was no way .. i'm sure that this was my password . For some reason, I cant log into iCloud (or set it up as this is my first time trying to use it) It keeps saying that my account has been disabled for security reasons. It asks me to reset my password at iforgot.apple.com. I went ahead and reset my apple ID password but it still wont let me log into iCloud. I can log into iTunes store and other apple ID things, but iCloud doesnt work, any suggestions here? Im using a iPhone 4S.

I have (sorry forgot to add that). I was switched around and finally I was told I would be put through to a supervisor but after being on hold for about 10 minutes the phone went dead, I did not lose connection so I do not know if I was hung up on or there was some technical difficulty. I called again yesterday and did in fact speak with a supervisor for Account Security but he told me he did not know why it was happening and put me through to a different number but that ended up not being any helpful either. That's when I decided to give it a shot on here!

Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

My Icloud account keep being disabled for security reasons and I don't understand why or how to prevent it

It happens at least once per month that my account is disabled for security reason and I don't even have to change the password, I just have to go on iforgot web aite and enable it but it is very annoying since my iPhone stop synchronizing and doing backups
