Can I do another update over 10.6.1?

My system was updated to 10.6.1, When I ran disk utility it gave me 2 warning errors that couldn't be repaired due to SUID files in libary. Is it possible to do another update over the current update. Or do I have to do a complete erase & install.

Apple does not control the design of third party cases.
Control center and the notification center both operate via vertical swipes up or down from outside the screen area. If you've chosen to use a case which prevents you from using such gestures, that is your choice. Apple are not going to fundamentally change the design of the operating system, just so you can use a particular third party case.

Another Update!

Can we expect another update which would allow us to edit the names of the playlists? On the Go, On the Go 1.....etc doesn't cut it for me. I'd like to be able to make them and name them.

You can rename them on you computer after you sync your iPod.

Yes, if you are provisioned by your carrier to do so. IF both phones are iphones with IOS 5.0 or higher then you can use imessage.

Do you have a bootable clone from prior to the update? If so, roll back with that.
Are your apps that won't open PPC and do they need Rosetta? Do you need to activate Rosetta?
Have you considered reinstalling 10.6 from your install disc and then coming forward with the 10.6.8 Combo Updater, then doing software update and not including whatever it was you installed that caused this propblem?
By the way - what update was it that caused this problem?

A bit late for this advice now, but hopefully you'll know what to do next time.
Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!

The App Store version sometimes gives problems. As you can't install 10.8.4 from the App Store, download and install the Combo edition > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1659?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US This edition will work and will update OS X to the most recent version, in that case, 10.8.4

You cannot use other countries itunes stores.
You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country...

You can add an alias but not a second email address to your iCloud account. You can however add a second iCloud account to your iOS device (which will come with its own email address) at settings> mail, contacts calendars.
