Can I do the login once again on the support of repair statuts?

last week I gave my Iphone to apple care because one of the buttons wasn't working right, so they told that i'll receive a new phone within 20 days and that I could follow the process in this site https://selfsolve.apple.com/repairstatus/main.do but I just can login one time and no more after. How can I follow this process and how I will know when my new phone arrive?

Most of this is possible.  It is a lot to bite off for a beginning Captivate user. 
1. The Rating Scale (Likert) quiz question is designed for this.  It only allows up to 5 answer options.  You can set up a multiple choice question to have 10 answer options.  A fill in the blank question allows users to type in a number.  However, I don't think it'll be easy to chart your results through fill in the blank.
2. Captivate's built in Quiz questions do not allow more than one question on a slide. 
3. You can view the user responses if the project is hosted on an LMS or Adobe Connect.  Some of the playbars include a Print button.
4. You can package videos in the captivate project or use the Web Object Interaction to open external links within the project. 
5. Assign the video slide On Exit: Jump to slide
You may find Google Forms helpful to gather your information.  They're easy to create through Google Drive.  You can guide users to the Form using the Web Object Interaction.

    In the case of .avi, it can't show the video but I can hear the audio.

For example, I have had a number of Kodak cameras which can take MOVs. The first camera made MOVs that were compatible with JMF. The second did not.

    Well, it certainly could be a factor. Many Newstand apps are multimedia, and contain sizable files. However, once the download is complete, everything needed to view the issue is generally there, at least in my experience (mostly with NatGeo). Its possible US Weekly is different and designed to access live internet content.
    I do see from the App store that this gets quite a few negative reveiws for a variety of reasons.

    Thank you for your answer. I use now for almost 16 years Adobe products and would inform me about the possibilities to switch to CC. We are using multiple computers in different countries. Does my wife need to have a separate account or can I buy a full license and we can use all the software we need on all our computers? I have 2 accounts. One in Switzerland and a main account in France. If I decide for CC I need at least CS3 software running on one of my computers. What, if I will sign a CC contract with my Swiss account, but only on my French account valid CS software is registered?
    I prefer to talk to an Adobe Sales Manager by phone. Why can't I find a phone number on the Adobe website? Why do I need to write in English? The software I use is all in German. Thank you for your help!

    I'm not from the support team but if you are having issue this worked for me
    In the device manager locate the IDT High Definition Audio CODEC under sound, game and video controller.
    Right click and select uninstall.
    Restart your computer and open up the device manager again.
    In the same spot under sound, game and video controller where the IDT CODEC used to be listed there will be something else listed.
    Right click on that and select "scan for hardware changes" this will reinstall the IDT CODEC but I believe it is the updated driver which is actually compatible.
    It has been working for me so far, but I will keep you updated if it fails again. For now  I would try that!! good luck

    What do you mean "change apple support? Are you referring to the warranty? If the phone was purchased in an E.U. member nation, it can be serviced in ANY EU member nation. If that's not what you mean, you need to explain.

    You may be able to contact Apple via phone and have them reset your security questions.

  • Imac can see all the network

    I am new to mac and switch after my pc died. I have put the imac onto a windows network. Our network has 2 domains. The imac can see one but not the other. One server issues dynamic IP and the other is static. I have email accounts on both domains and via entourage they both appear to be running properly. The network runs XP pro machines and the servers run windows 2000. Can anyone please give me some pointers as to what settings to check. I have seen a file and print share utility for 2000 that isnt installed - does it need this to work ?

    Thank you very much once again for trying to help with the two problems that I am experiencing. Unfortunately, following your advice and having creating a new administrator’s user account on the same work group ,I am still unable to connect to the windows XP pc other than as a Guest.
    I have additionally entered “Network access: Sharing and Security Model for Local Accounts” on the XP and changed “Guest Only” to “Classic”.
    I have also disabled “Simple File Sharing" ( My Computer…Tools…Folder options…View).
    The oddity remains in that when I click on the Shared column item on my iMac to open the connection to my laptop running Windows 7,the first screen to appear identifies “USERS” and not the list of shared folders (without USERS) as when I connect to the XP.
    Please have you any suggested remedy for removing the message:-
    “Operation can’t be completed because the original item for “xxx” can’t be found”

    If you have carefully follow ALL of the steps in that article, you are using a USB port directly on your computer and not a USB hub (don't use a front port on a tower or desktop either, as they are an internal hub) and you installed iTunes correctly using an Administrator ID and you have tried disabling your antivirus and firewall then there is no hope of it ever working. Look at the tip again, and go through it carefully, not skipping any steps.
    Note, BTW, that an iPhone will not show up on a computer, only in iTunes. If there are photos in the Camera Roll then it will appear in Windows as a digital camera only.

  • When I attempt to download from the app store, the wrong apple id pre-populates.  How do I get the correct apple id to auto-fill so I can put in the right password and download apps?

    When my wife bought this ipad 18 months ago, she (or the store) set up an Apple ID that had the extension @me.com.  She never wrote down the password that was created.  Neither of us knew how to change the password and retrieve or create the new one.  When we started actually trying to download apps, this became a problem.  She called customer support before the first year of ownership ended, and they created a new Apple ID.  This ID works; we can go to the support site and log in with it, yada yada.  However, when I go to the app store and want to get a new app or update an existing app, the Apple ID login field prepopulates with her original ID, which is no good to us.  I can't find any way of putting in the new, valid Apple ID in this login field.  Why doesn't the app store give me the option to change the Apple ID this device wants to use?  How do I change this setting?  I'm in a time crunch, and we need to be able to download and use a few apps for some business purposes.

    settings -> iTunes & App Store
    click on apple ID listed there
    select Sign Out
    sign in with the proper account
    from then on, when the store ask for your password it should be with the correct ID

    That's very scary. They might do it, but I personally have never had Apple contact me re id's except on their site when signing in. I suggest you DO NOT respond until you have a phone conversation with Apple security. They can verify if they sent you the e-mail and why.
    While it's very possible it's true,again, I suggest you not respond until you speak to someone at Apple. I've often read here that when people sign in they are not allowed to because "someone else has used the id" type of statement.
    Also, you should be able to go to the app store and see what apps you have downloaded.
    Though it could have been a free app, have you checked to see if any were bought with your id account?
    I've gotten these types of e-mails from places like USPS and FedEx which look amazingly authentic and were from their website. I also received an odd e-mail from my cousin in Ireland last year that clearly was not from him. It was also sent to others in his family in Ireland. I e-mailed him that I only opened it because it had a .ie, but suggested he change... Days later I received mail from 'him' - same name, but at yahoo.com. 
    Again, I would call Apple. You can also report it at [email protected], but I would not settle for that given your situation. If nothing else, call Apple sales (sales depts. anywhere answer fast) and ask them to transfer you to security. Apple will not want anybody accessing their name, and while it's unlikely, it's not impossible that it is someone phishing.
