The problem I had is that ios7.0.3 drain my battery quite a lot compare to 7.0.2. Another thing that makes me want to downgrade is that the 'reduce motion' thing. I very satisfied on what they did on ios7.0.2, which turn of the 3D/ parallax wallpaper stuff and stay the zoom in animation. Not just that, back then when I'm on ios7.0.2, I can put my wallpaper, full! But now in ios7.0.3 they kinda like zoom in the picture, due to 3D/parallax effect, which somehow makes my wallpaper gone weird and quite ugly. Well off course you can make it normal, just turn on the reduce motion but the thing is I like the zoom animation thing. I dont like the new features where they add fade transition. So overall, I really hope that Apple create more detail option for their Motion Options "on/off animation and turn on/off the 3D/parallax features" on their next ios7.0.4!

No you cannot go back, Apple do not and never have support regressing to previous vesrsions of iOS. I have no extra drain in 7.0.3 and thats with Parralx turned on. If you think Apple should introduce that option send them feedback here http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html Make sure none of your settings changed in the update. For instance bluetooth was turned on again in mine, just go though them to make sure.

No, it's not illegal, but you won't be able to do it because Apple stop signing the old software about 2 to 3 days after a new version is released and if you try to do this, all you get is error messages, so it really is not possible to do it.

i don't understand. if i paid for my ipad, it is supposed that i'll have to be able to do with it whatever i want to do. The problem is that the new ios makes my ipad2 slower. Kalivett is correct. If you google 'ios 5.1.1 firmware download' you will find the firmware download. What you do to downgrade is as follows:
1: Download the firmware
2: Once the firmware is downloaded put it in a folder where you can find it later
3: Open Itunes
4: Its best to put the device into DFU mode. To do this: Hold the home and sleep/wake button for 10 seconds, after 10 seconds let go of ONLY the sleep/wake button and continue to hold down to home button for 10 more seconds. Once done the screen should stay black and itunes should recognize it as in recovery mode.
5: Connect your iOS device
6: Hold the 'shift' button on the keyboard and click restore. A window will pop up asking you to locate the restore file you want to use. This is where you'll want to find your 'iOS firmware' download you put away for later.
7: Click on your 'iOS firmware' download and itunes will ask to retore with that file, click yes or continue and iTunes will restore your device to the firmware version you asked it to.
8: once restored you are good to go and you can eithier use your backup from the cloud or the computer.
