can i downgrade my macbookpro with a last generation of proccessor intel (model indentify 11.1) to mountain lion, it comes with maveric. i want to do this because the software that i work can´t run in maverick

I'm assuming that since you bought a new MBP that you don't have a copy of Mountain Lion? If not, I don't think you can find it on the app store anymore but you may be able to find a bootable disk elsewhere, ie. the apple support pages. If you have a copy of Mountain lion, then you should be in luck.
First, if there are any files you want to save, you will want to copy the individual files to another drive so as to save them. You probably don't want to use time machine for this because not everything is backward compatible between the OS's.
Once you obtain a bootable version of Mountain Lion, do this.
Insert the recovery disc via USB or optical bay. (I think it may HAVE to be a USB stick, 4gb min)
Shut down your computer. Wait for it to power down completely.
Power on your computer while pressing and holding cmd + R.
Once the page loads, Select Disk Utility.
Erase the hard drive.
Shut down computer.
Reboot computer.
After that, wait until progress bar is finished and then you should be able to install Mountain Lion.
