Can I download CS 6 with my laptop and install in my desktop?

Hi,
Well I don't have internet hook up to my desktop, it's only used to fix and edit stuff so I don't want internet on it to slow it down.  I was wondering if there is anyway I can use my laptop to download the file and then transfer it using a hardrive or something to transfer it and install it in my desktop? One more question, how many computer am I limited to for installing the program?

You can download the installer on one computer, put it on an external hard drive or very large usb stick and bring it to another computer for installing.
You can install the program on an unlimited number of computers. However, depending upon the license you may be limited to one or two activations. The standard commercial and educational versions of CS6 allow for two installations. I think the Student and Teacher version allows for one activation, but you can check the website if you are intending to purchase the Student and Teacher version.

Hi, I've added my own ipfw rules, but now I can't get Apple Remote (from iPhone) to work. It reports that it cannot connect because there are some firewall rules (sic!). I've enabled iTunes'es listening port (3869), allowed anything to 244.0.0.0/4 to
