Can I download my cloud apps (photoshop) on my laptop as well as my desktop

dumb question - can I download my photoshop cloud apps to my laptop using the same membership or do i have to pay for a separate membership

    I quote: You may install software on up to two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or one each.
    If you install on a third computer, it will request you to de-activate on the other two computers. You can then reactivate one of the previous two computers, and use Creative Cloud apps on it.

    After using the trial version of Photoshop CS6, I decided to purchase the one-year Photoshop cloud version.
    I was told by a friend to do a "clean" download, so removed the "previous version".
    Now when I click the "download" tab, nothing happens.
    Can you help?

    Please download/install CC desktop : https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and try downloading Photoshop. If still the same issue then as suggested by Mylenium run the cleaner tool and try downloading again.

    in addition to John's hint you should have a look there to "correct answer" in https://forums.adobe.com/message/5441322#5441322 "Creative Cloud client will not download". There Sumit Singh talks about "I am suspecting the AAM URI handler is not working." and gives stepwise advices.

    You can install products listed in the Download Center, all are included except Photoshop Touch
    https://creative.adobe.com/products
    On the left hand margin you can see products based on field, Audio/Video, Gaming, Graphic Design, Photography, etc.
    If you have a fulll membership you can download any that are included that interest you.

    No there is no need to uninstall, you can run both on same machine without issues.

    Only the Touch apps PS Touch and Ideas will run on the iPad.

    You won't get Premiere Pro, After Effects, Encore or Speedgrade which are all 64 bit only.
    If you're running Windows XP you also won't get Lightroom 4.

    Are you listing the billing address for the card correctly? The address in the iTunes/MAS account must match the address on your bill exactly.
