Can I download photos onto my device from my cloud?

I had saved photos to my iCloud from my old iPad, and I would like to have these on my new device. How can I get them off my cloud onto my device?

For most ways that people use iCloud for photos, it should be a matter of logging into iCloud on your new iOS device to have them sync over. This can have varying results depending on how you uploaded them to iCloud. But to put it simply if you can see them in a My Photo Stream you can save them to your Camera Roll or if you are using iCloud Photo Library your photos will show up and download without you having to do anything besides sign in to iCloud. I can't get my purchased music to download onto my ipad2 I hit the cloud next to the song name. It thinks for a moment then a popup displays a message saying it can't download at this time. This has been going on for 2 weeks. iPad is current on updates and now I can't get my music out of the cloud. this only happened since iOS 7. Ios7 crashed the iPad and Apple support at their store wiped the pad clean and installed a brand new copy of ios7 on my device. This is getting very frustrating.

Can I download music onto one device from 2 different accounts?

I have recently downloaded all my music from one account onto my ipod, but I also want my other music which is on a different account. The other account is for my iphone and want to keep the 2 seperate accounts. If I log out of the account I'm currently on, will it remove all of the music I have just downloaded?

I am trying to upload all my photos from my Iphone 4s to my computer. I click Trust computer on my phone then launch through windows live photo gallery on my computer. Downloading photos onto iphoto not from your own camera

I am trying to get some photos emailed to me by my girlfriend to open on iphoto. They are jpg photos and from the same brand of camera as mine, Sony, but these emailed photos won't open with iPhoto. Just preview. Also, previous photos from her had opened. This problem doesn't happen with just her photos, some of my friends as well.
Is there a way that I can change the format or something with the files so they will open with iPhoto. More importantly, instead of staying as Preview files, with the preview icon, I would like to be able to open Finder and see them as iPhoto style files which means as smaller versions of the actual photo.

If the files aren't locked, then I don't know why you are having problems with them. What exactly do you mean by "they won't open in iPhoto? Do you see the thumbnail for the photo, but when double clicked it doesn't open in edit view?
Drag those problem files from the iPhoto Library window to the desktop.
Make sure they all open in Preview from the desktop.
Delete those photos from the iPhoto Library.
Double click to open the files in Preview again and then save them in Preview.
Import one of them into iPhoto again and see if it opens.
As far as the Preview icons for photos in the Finder. Go to View>show view options>check "show icon preview"

You can't keep changing the ID you use with iTunes, you are limited to once every 90 days.

If it's an iOS device you can sync via iTunes.
Other devices: Export from iPhoto to the FInder and send them from there.

Try to import from your camera with Image Capture instead of iPhoto. Does that work?
Do you see your camera as a disk on the Desktop?
Can you open the image files from te Finder?
That wizzard-icon is puzzling. Have you used your camera with a PC and perhaps reformatted the SD Card from a different operating system? Then I'd try to import a different SD Card, that has been reformatted in the camera.
