Can I download the ATI Catalyst driver or something for my new iMac?

I've got Windows Vista 32 bit and I would like to have the Catalyst control center stuff so I can control the graphics.
Where can I get this stuff? Can I just download the latest Radeon 4800 series catalyst/driver/software from ATI?

This is the software I need: ATI Catalyst Control Center http://ati.amd.com/products/catalystcontrolcenter/index.html
It's not the display driver I need, but the control center for an ATI product. I need more specific control, which the Catalyst Control Center would give me.
Apple's cd only has the display driver and not this control center.

When this installs no control center shows up. Any idea, anyone?

You can't download the individual .msi files, but they can be extracted from the setup.exe files if required.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If you are running 64-bit Windows and the above steps haven't helped try installing the version of iTunes that can be downloaded from this support document. iTunes 12.1 for Windows (64-bit — for older video cards)

I don't think it's possible if you are stuck in recovery mode but I may be wrong...
Since your device qualifies for iOS 8(.1), that is the version that will be downloaded/restored to the iPad.
I do know that you can restore your iPad (from backup & as new) and keep the same iOS version if you restore using the iPad itself under Settings/Reset/Erase All Content and Settings but since you can't access this because your stuck in recovery mode, the point is moot.
Have you tried downloading the update in the middle of the night (2 am or so) where dropouts are much less likely to occur?
It's always possible to take your device in to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar reservation first) and do the iOS update there in the Apple Store.. I'm sure they will gladly help you out with it and not charge you a thing. The trouble with that would be if you don't have an Apple Store nearby.

First you need to install Mac OS 10.6. To do this you have to buy the OS disk. (This is a whole different OS, not an update of 10.5.) Order it here:

You may be able to install an even newer OS, but you have to get 10.6 first.
Please look at Apple Menu / About This Mac / More Info... and check under Hardware Overview for the Model Identifier of your Macbook. That will tell us whaat is the highest OS you can install.

The key to what you seem to want to do is to be able to get Apple's Time Capsule router to "join" the network that your Conceptronic router. I believe that works with some third-party routers, but I've never seen a list of those that work in such a configuration and I have no experience with Conceptronic equipment.
You might be better off with a Network-Attached Storage (NAS) device instead of a Time Capsule.

uninstalled did have rx5.0.2 installed. when i re-installed, i
checked for updates (using rx5's menu item) and it could only find
rx5.0.1. i installed that successfully but it cannot seem to find
rx5.0.2. I followed the link that Peter gave and grabbed the zip
file but I am having problems with opening the file and get a
message saying that it is not a valid archive. Don't suppose anyone
has any ideas (or even the file?!) for me?

I am new to discoverer. I need to work on an existing .eex file. Seems the version of discoverer that I have installed in my local machine is not up to date as the file that I am trying to open is of higher version. I got a error message that 'Needs Discoverer Version 10.0.0.0.0.0 or newer' to open the file. Was wondering if someone can help with the URL/direction for this version of the discoverer. I hope this is not a too dumb question to ask in this forum...

You can download from Oracle either / both the
client/server versions of Discoverer (desktop,
administrator) or the web versions (plus, viewer)
from the technet sites (http://technet.oracle.com) -
in the download section.
I'm not sure of the new names, but it has been DS for
the developer (ie: client) versions and AS versions
for the application server versions.
What Discoverer 'flavour' are you trying to use
(administrator, desktop, plus, viewer).

I went to the Production release download area for the Application Server and they only let you download the Certified version of this SW which is for Linux, HP, and Linux.
I went to the Pre-release download area and they only have the 10.0.3 preview versions listed for download.
We want to install the above-mentioned version of an intel box running Windows for our integration point and we have linux boxes setup for production. We would like to use the same version of the app servers on all 3.
Any ideas out there?

Applications / Utilities / Java Preferences.app
and make sure you have the 'Enabled' boxes checked for both 64 and 32-bit.
Finally, in
Safari > Preferences | Security
make sure the 'Enable Java' box is checked.

Where can I download the kitkat 4.4.4 update for Note 3

Since taking the OTA update, one of my Note 3's has lost it's mind. ALL the sensors stopped working. No auto rotate, no palm gestures, etc. Where can I get a copy of the 4.4.4 update so I can reflash my phone to see if it fixes my issues? I am no longer in contract with Verizon and if I can't undo the damage this update has done to my phone, Sprint sure is looking pretty good to me . . .

UPDATE: I have done all you mentioned to no avail. Today I went to local Best Buy and presented my phone and issue to the Samsung Rep there (the Samsung Manager there). He played with my phone for about an hour and gave up. He reflashed my phone, did a factory reset and searched the internet for resolutions. He did find many people with the same issue and it appears to point to library files within the Samsung Hub that may, when updated/removed, turned off the Sensors deep in the firmware. There is no external way to turn them back on in the firmware, ie, toggling Screen Rotation on in the settings menu. The ONLY sensor that seems to be functional is the eye scrolling when reading. EVERY other sensor is off. Even the camera buttons do not rotate when going from landscape to portrait views. He is researching it further and will contact me if he finds any resolution. So thanks to Verizon/Samsung, my Note 3 does not work as intended any longer. I am sure that no one in Verizon Support that monitors these boards has the expertise to fix my problems. The local Verizon Store only checked my account and basically told me "sorry, no protection plan, goodbye . . . and don't forget to mail your payment on time" . . . if the Lollipop update does not fix this issue, guess Sprint will get a new customer . . .

I don't think you could pick an average monthly figure. It varies wildly depending on how many apps you have installed (not only Apple apps). Occasional updates to the OS itself seem to roll out every two or three months and could be 500mb-1gb in size. Downloading the OS in its entirety is 5.3gb, although you should hopefully only need to do that rarely and only when you needed to re-install and you didn't have a copy of the installer.
Factor in your everyday use of the internet and it's a difficult one to answer with any accuracy.
How rigid is your ISP with the data cap, and can you increase it on 'as required' basis.

itunes version 10.4.1.10
windows vista
verizon is my provider.
I have tried numerous time but everytime I try to sync my iphone up through itunes it says that I do have the latest version (4.2.10) and that it will check for new updates in a few day.
However, this is not the latest version it is 10.3. Thus, how do i get itunes to download 10.3 for me. there are several apps i want to use and can not because they need this lattest version.

If it's a Verizon phone then 4.2.10 is the latest version for it - that is the Verizon equivalent to version 4.3.5 on AT&T (i.e. sim based) iPhones.

Apple most likely won't give 20 dollars of store credit....you can always call them but I doubt they will let you redeem...in the end they want your money..
