Can I download What's App for Free in IPod Touch?

You can download it on your computer. However, about two years ago the developer updated the app and the updated app is only  compatible with iPhones. Thus, it will not install on an iPod (or iPad).

    You need to pay once; as long as the other Macs are registered with the same ID at the store, yes you can use it on the others.

    Uh, no. There's no, uh, "legal" way <edited by host> to get any paid apps for free, unless the devs choose to make that app free for a day.
    You could find an app, like FreeAppaDay which will ask some devs to make an app free for a day, and you can check the FAAD app to see what apps are free.

    Start Mac iTunes and go to Purchased section.

    I brough the itranslate - ultimate app from the app store on my iphone. I didn't get to back it up to my itunes after downlowding it as i turned my iphone off and the next day it was frozen and went through a big process but short story i got a working phone and restored back from backup i had but that didn't have the itranslate app as i hadn't got to do one with it yet.     Afterwards, visit the App Store and your free apps should be available to you.

    If you are in the U.S., you can re-download the movie without having to pay for it again - for a purchased movie.
    Other than that, you need to get a non-crap computer so the movie can be available in your iTunes library on your computer to transfer to each device and to remove the movie from each device if wanted or needed without having to delete the movie.

When I purchased my Mac, I bought the software iWork, including Pages, Keynote, and the Apple version of Excel (forgot the name).     Not unless you purchased them from the App Store. Your copy is from a boxed set on DVD. You can only reinstall from the DVD. You can purchase the applications from the App Store after which future redownloads would be free. Note that you must upgrade OS X to 10.7.4 or later to use the iWork applications from the App Store.
