Can i easily share pictures from my iphone to my mac without buying iphoto or aperture?

I have an album on my iPhone 4 that I would like to have on my MacBook Pro.  I don't want to have to individually select each of the 150 photos and email them all to myself, then save each one.  Is there any way to share the photos from my phone to mac without doing all of these steps? I also do not want to buy iPhoto or Aperture.  How can I do this?  Thanks!!

You Mac came with iPhoto preinstalled. What version is it?  Does it work with Mavericks?  If it does just follow the linke pvonk provided.
If it doesn't then you can connect your iPhone to your Mac, launch Image Capture and download all of your photos to a folder on the Desktop.
Getting photos from you Mac to the iPhone is a bit more difficult without iCloud.  You can use Dropbox on both the Mac and iPhone to transfer photos.

  • HT201302 How can I transfer my pictures from my iPad onto my Mac without loosing all the albums I already created on my iPad?

During my holidays I placed all my camera pictures while using the sd card reader adapter to my ipad mini. Now i'm back home and I want to transfer all the pictures to my mac. But i've already created albums on the the ipad and sorted all the pictures and placed them in the different albums. How can I transfer also these albums onto the mac?

I haven't used iTunes on my laptop in a while but I believe that if you authorize your computer it will allow you to transfer the pictures. Not 100% sure though.
How do I authorize a computer?
Open iTunes on the computer you want to authorize.
Choose Store > Authorize This Computer from the menu bar.
You might need to show the menu bar to see this option in Windows. In earlier versions of iTunes, you can access this option from the Advanced menu.
Enter your Apple ID and click Authorize.
If iTunes asks you to authorize your computer again, it won't use a new authorization. iTunes uses the same authorization for the same computer.

what can i send my pictures from my iphone to my computor

    Hello binhajj,
It sounds like you are trying to transfer photos from your iPhone to your computer.  There are several ways you can do this.
First, you can directly connect your iPhone to your computer using your USB cable to import photos.  The following article outlines the steps to import photos using this method:
iOS: Import personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4083
Alternatively, you can set up iCloud on your iPhone and your computer, and use My Photo Stream to import the photos automatically:
What do I need to use My Photo Stream?
To use My Photo Stream you need an iCloud account, compatible devices, and up-to-date software:
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5.1 or later
Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later and iPhoto 9.2.2 or Aperture 3.2.3 or later
Apple TV (2nd generation) with Apple TV Software Update 5.0 or later
PC with Windows 7 or later and the iCloud Control Panel 2.1 or later for Windows
For complete iCloud setup instructions, visit How to set up iCloud.
How do I turn on My Photo Stream?
After your devices are up-to-date and you have set up your iCloud account, it’s easy to turn on My Photo Stream on any of your devices:
iOS devices: Go to Settings > iCloud > Photos (Photo Stream in iOS 6), then turn on My Photo Stream.
Mac: Go to System Preferences > iCloud, then select the checkbox for Photos (or Photo Stream). Click the Options button and verify that the My Photo Stream checkbox is selected. Open the application you want to use with Photo Stream (iPhoto or Aperture) and confirm that My Photo Stream is turned on in that application. You can also adjust your My Photo Stream settings in iPhoto or Aperture Preferences.
PC: Open the iCloud Control Panel for Windows and select the checkbox for Photos (Photo Stream in iCloud Control Panel 2.x). You can click the Options button to verify that My Photo Stream is enabled and adjust the settings. Be sure to click Apply when done.

  • How can I restore deleted pictures from an iPhone 5  without back up?

How can I restore deleted pictures from an iPhone 5  without back up?

If you've previously synced the pictures to a computer (as is generally advised to archive them), then they are gone, unless you have backed up the device to itunes or icloud.  If so, you need to perform a restore:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings.  This will erase your phone.  Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your phone is new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.
Note that you cannot restore just one file, it's all or nothing.

If you have an iTunes or iCloud backup which contains the photos you can restore to that. If not they are gone.

How can I send Pictures from my Iphone 4 to my P.C

For photos taken with the iPhone or saved from emails/websites then you should be able to use the Windows camera wizard or just copy them via windows explorer : photos to PC.
For photos that were originally synced from a computer you will need a third-party app such as Simple Transfer which can copy them off via your wifi network. But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to the iPhone, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer.
If you mean photo stream then see the photo stream FAQ on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4486
