    I tried to download (rent) the movie "thank you for smoking" on my ipad and after it took nearly 2hrs to download the 3gb, it froze on the processing stage, so I reset my ipad, then when I opened it again it had to re download it! I was not happy at having to use 6gb of data to try to download this movie. Then I watched it for 1hr 14min and it came up with the error "could not load video" even though the movie was not finished and still had 20minutes until the end.
    I'm incredibly frustrated with this service and am reconsidering ever using itunes to download movies again.

    I have an iphone 4 and 3 weeks ago i downloaded and installed the ios 5 software and over that time period I noticed little problems like the sound not working in some apps on my phone and I would have to reboot them completed get it to work and then my wifi would keep dropping in and out and when I was in setting and in wifi option a tick would never appear next to the wifi name it would keep loading and then in my photos I would tap on but it would show another not the one I taped on and then I could not make calls at all and during a call when I hung up it would not end and not go back to home screen so I have restored my iphone but and that had fixed the phone problem but still the other problems are still happening

    Did you restore your iPhone from your iPhone's backup? If so and there is a problem with your iPhone's backup, restoring from the backup will also restore the problems.
    Try restoring your iPhone as a new iPhone or not from the backup to see if this makes any difference.
    If not, Apple doesn't provide support via email. You can call AppleCare if available in your country, or make an appointment at an Apple store if an Apple store is available in your country and there is one nearby, and if not you go through your carrier for support and warranty coverage if needed.

    Contact iCloud support. Apple's spam filters may have detected spam coming from users on that domain and blocked all email from it.

    Try this...
    Delete the affected email account from your device.
    Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
    Choose the affected email account, then tap Delete Account.
    Add your account again.

    Hi, I have been an Itunes customer for awhile now and I have no complaints except for 1. Recently I lost everything I had on my computer so I had to reinstall Itunes into my computer. I had around 620 something songs but now I only have around 200! This has happened to me before where I synced my Ipod or in this case Iphone into the itunes and it says I can only have the songs that are in that current library. It happened once before and I just let it pass, but I am not going to rebuy 400 songs that I paid to have. What I dont understand is how I used my apple ID to sign in with the newly installed Itunes yet it showed a library that I hadn't had in like 4 years. If I signed in with the same ID I had before when I had 600 songs shouldn't it have had a list of all the songs I had? What should I do?

    You can contact iTunes Support however they can't really help with your non-store purchases. Hopefully you library is merely corrupt and can be restored as follows...
    Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
    Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
    See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
    When you get it all working make a backup!
    Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library, or a backup of it, then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

    Not really. Unless you purchased a subscription to iTunes Match you should have access to your store purchases that are available to download from iTunes in the Cloud. iTunes Match is no substitute for a proper backup as described above. That is the only way to be certain you will be able to restore the entirety of your library in the event of a problem.
