Can I enlarge width of videos on YouTube

Question

I took a few videos with my iPhone and uploaded them to YouTube.  When I watch the videos on the iPhone, it fills up the whole screen.  When I watch them on the computer via YouTube, the video is long and narrow, like the iPhone view of it.  Even when I hit full screen on YouTube, it only fills it up vertically, not horizontally.  Is there a setting on the iPhone prior to taking the video that I need to change, or is there some other answer for this?
