You can't buy a physical box for it, but they might let you use their Internet connection for the download. Only the people at the store can say for sure.

I went to ATT store on launch day, waited 45 minutes, got to the counter and low and behold the salesperson says they cannot access anything on my account.The screen is grayed out. So I leave disappointed. I call ATT Business Dept and they say that there is no restriction and I should have been able to buy a phone. I went back to the ATT store today and the same sales person gets business dept on line, checks the computer and it shows I can buy any phone including the iphone they are now out of. He has no explanation. I should have made him call yesterday. I ordered one from my Premier website but need another one. Can I get one from my local Apple Store that has phones in stock or will they shut me out as well??

You can not get an iPhone at Apple with a corporate account. You have to go to an ATT store to do that. Also- your data is going to cost 45 dollars instead of 30 dollars with a corporate account.
If you try to get an iPhone at an Apple store and you have a corporate account, it will kick your registration out of the Apple computers and they won't even be able to complete the sales portion of the transaction.

If your Mac can run MacOS X 10.6.8, it probably can be upgraded to Yosemite, if you don't have to stick to Snowleopard for other reasons.

If you clone the new HDD, the OS will be automatically installed on the new one. Thus you really do not need a separate copy of the OS for the installation. You may use Disk Utility>Restore or Carbon Copy Cloner.
However if you insist on a OS copy, you may use these instructions:

Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap your Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign back in. The App Store will automatically change to the store from which your account is authorized to make purchases.

It sounds like you are putting a password for your Apple ID that works without issue on your iPad into your iPhone but get a message saying that the password is incorrect. I recommend the steps from the article named:

After completing iOS 7 setup, go to Settings > iCloud.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then enter your previous Apple ID and password.

The only place that you can get an Apple battery is from Apple. All of the counterfeiter's will claim that they have an OEM battery for the simple reason so that they can fool you in purchasing from them.
At least from OWC you know exactly what you will be purchasing and they have a one year warranty. I have purchased two from them, one for my 2006 MBP and one for my 2010 MBP.

You cannot get Leopard from Apple any more. You will find copies from third-party vendors on eBay, Amazon, or Google.

You need to let go of everything you ever knew about using editing software and look at few tutorials. After years of using Final Cut Express, I looked at FCPX and didn't understand it at all, but a few months later I finally decided to give it a second try knowing that it is an entirely different animal, and that I would have to start from scratch. I bought it, read a few tutorials, explored the menus, panes, functions, read this forum extensively, then tackled my first project. It took some diligence and patience, but I got it and I will never look back. My experience is that FCPX is far better than the previous Final Cut.
