Can i get a Refund and exchange for my iPad

Basically I recently bought a new iPad from an apple store which was a 32gb one but my brother wanted a 64gb one instead. He's already opened the box by accident and I still haven't received a receipt from apple. Is it possible to get a refund or exchange for this iPad or can I get the 64gb one if I topped up the amount of money needed?

Pay not attention to what you've heard people say. The store is the final say in the matter, not what other people have told you.
If you return it as it was originally packaged with nothing missing except the wrapping, then the store owner can make the call. But even then, they have something that cannot be sold as new, hence the restocking fee.

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app (or video app) on your iOS device.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

I got an iTunes account years ago with an ID and password...them later got a mobile me and password...now I have an iPad and downloaded iCloud and I can't get my movies and tv shows on iPad because different account name and password from my mobile me.

I can't get my movies and tv shows on iPad now that I have added iCloud. The problem is that my iTunes account has different name and password from my mobile me account. Can I change my iTunes account name and password so that they will transfer to my iPad with the mobile me / iCloud account? I need to figure out how to make the two accounts one or iCloud has to be able to accept my iTunes account with years of music and movies.

I got the "wrong answer", so the next time I asked for an email authentication. I am still waiting. I don't know what the usual time for waiting normally is. I am still waiting for an email reply from three days ago. I'm not going to hold my breath. My ipad is out of warranty but I may have to beg for help from support? I'll wait awhile longer. I bought an album but 3 of the songs stop playing half way through, it's just silence. Can I get a refund and if so, how?

Recently, I bought the Adam Barnes album and I put it on my iPod. When I started listening to it and it was great. But when it got to track 4, it played the first minute and then it was just silence for the rest of the 3 and a half minutes song. It did this again for tracks 5 and 6 too, but the other tracks are fine. I checked my iTunes and it doesn't work on there too. Has this happened to anyone else? Can I get a refund? Open iTunes on the computer. Without any iPhone plugged in, go to iTunes' menu and do Store > Sign Out.
The click the iTunes Store row on the left of the iTunes display. You can then sign on from the signon row on the right side of the display using the correct Apple ID and password. Then you'll be all set!

I bought Logic Pro 9 in May and haven't had time to use it... And now they have Logic Pro X. Can I get a refund and buy X? I feel a bit ripped off as it stands now.

Can someone help? I feel bummed and a bit ripped off. I'd like to have Logic Pro X now, with all it's nice new features. I bought Logic 9 in May and haven't had time to even look at it. You think apple will offer people like me a refund? I hope so. I just don't feel it's right to charge so much for the upgrade.

Some App Store employee's "accidentally" (but in good faith) issued refunds to a few users who had purchased Logic 9 within 30 days prior to the mid-July release of Logic-X. Word quickly came down from Apple HQ that this was against App Store policy and the practice was immediately stopped.
To the original poster.. you never stood a chance, even if they were issuing refunds you didn't fall within the 30 day period. There were many who purchased Logic 9 a few days before the LX release who did not get a refund.

IPhone 16 GB white - Issues - Can I pay to restock and exchange for new?

My wife and I bought new iPhones on monday to replace our originals.
I have had nothing but troubles.
The first unit, the hold button broke and retreated into the shell - the exchanged it.
The second unit, the screen is way too yellow, ever after the update. Also, I have not been receiving calls. I went to genius and talked to AT&T, they say everything is working fine. Let us know if I keep having issues, etc. I think the phone is a lemon, my wife's 3G phone is perfect.

How can i get more storage in icloud for my ipad 3 retina display?

i have a ipad 3 with the retina dispaly and i was using my ipad 3 as a backup storage for my ipod. now my ipad3 will not let me power on. it says not enough storage, this ipad can't be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available. you can manage your storage in settings. But i can't close that box or go to settings or turn off my ipad, its like it is frozen. Can anyone tell me what i need to do to fix this. i have deleted my backup storage on my ipod for my ipad 3.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off"
