To report an issue with a purchase, follow these steps:

• Choose Store > View My Account
• Click the Purchase History button
• Click the Report a Problem button at the bottom of your purchase history
• Click the arrow next to the purchase with which you want to report an issue
• Click the Report a Problem link next to the item with which you wish to report an issue
• Click the Problem menu
• Choose the option that best describes the issue. If none of the options match your issue, choose "My concern isn't listed here."
• Write comments about the issue (optional).
• Click the Submit button

    You may want to consider turning off In-App purchases in the Restrictions:
    Settings > General > Restrictions > Enable Restrictions > Create a passcode > verify passcode > Turn off In-App Purchases.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    While frustrating, problems are usually overcome, I doubt very much you will get a refund because your viewing was interupted, but you can always try. In all but a very few cases the cause of such problems is the users ISP or home LAN, so I would understand Apple being reluctant to give refunds in such cases.

    I downloaded a movie from iTunes with my computer hard wired to my modem.  I had previously tried downloading using my wifi connection, but the Time Warner Cable modem/router kept having troubles maintaining my 15 mbps connection when using the wifi.  I purchased the same movie again using the hard line and was able to download the feature.  However, when I tried to play it back, I got an error message saying that the file was corrupted.  It keeps telling me to go to "check for downloads," but when it starts to download, I get the same error message telling me that the file was corrupted, and I need to check for downloads.  At this point, I just want my money back for what appears to be 2 downloads from iTunes.
