Can I get a replacement for my iPhone 5s in Europe which I have bought in Middle East?

Hi there,
I bought my iPhone 5s two months ago, when I was in Iran for vacation. Now, it is dead and I can not turn it on!!! Some of my friends tell me that some of these iPhone 5s are factory defect and that is why Apple asked everyone who has bought iPhone 5s and have problem with it, to send it back and get a new one.
I called Apple Customer Service in Europe and told them the story, but I got the answer: You have to contact Apple or one of their agents in Iran for repair. My problem is that Apple has no office or agency in Iran, because the country is under the US sanction.
So my question is: Is there anyone in the community who knows with 100% certainty that Apple in Europe is bound/committed to exchange the defect one with a new one or at least repair it for me?
P.S. I have checked the Apple Support for my Service and Support Coverage by providing the serial number. It is active (Estimated Expiration Date: 15 January 2015) and my product is covered for eligible hardware repairs and service under Apple's Limited Warranty.
I appreciate if someone give me an qualified answer.

The issue here is Apple does not have any presence (Apple direct or AASP) in Iran.
The iPhone, if purchased in Iran, was grey market or used and will not be serviced under any Apple warranty in Iran.

Sorry, when you permitted your friend to do that, you forfeited the right to an out of warranty replacement.
Apple makes it quite clear that if you or anyone else attempts to open the phone, not only is all warranty/support voided, but you forfeit the right to an out of warranty replacement.

HELP my iphone 4s screen is cracked. how can i get it replaced for free

My friend accidently shoved me causing my iphone to fly out of my hands and face first on the ground. Now it's badly cracked with spiderwebs over the screen. You cannot get the screen replaced for free...that is an out of warranty accidental damage issue. The iPhone 4s will be replaced with another for $199 at an Apple store genius bar. Be sure to make a backup of your content, best done in iCloud so the Apple genius can restore your content to the replacement iPhone.

I got my iphone 5 about 7 months ago and I have a 1 year warranty on it.
It's been a while and my phone has been starting to act up in ways of:
The lock button not working unless pressed hard on the left side
When i'm typing a message the screen tends to freeze (I tried deleting things because i thought it was caused by the lack of memory, i turned my phone on and off, but it still happend.
It's stuck on headphones mode for a week now and i've tried everything like sucking and blowing it, inserting and taking out the headphones, turned off/on my phone, tried cleaning it with tissue & cotton swabs.
I dropped my phone twice and there is a crack on the side (i know that it cant be replace because of that) BUT it seems like the crack is getting bigger and there is debris or something going under the glass and i'm not sure how to take it off.
How can you get a replacement online? I'm kind of scared of going to the Apple Store.
If there is no possible way of getting a replacement is there somewhere i cant get my phone fixed?

Why are you scared to take it to an Apple Store? Either way you'll have to pay for a replacement - Apple does not repair iPhones for problems such as you report, they replace them - and an Apple Store will do it on the spot.

I have an ipod touch, 4th gen, and I dropped it. I broke the wifi chip, and asked my dad to fix it for me for christmas. As he pulled the screen off, a part broke in half. I currently have no screen on, and before he fixed it, i asked a guy at the apple store how much it would be to replace and he said 75$. Anyway, long story short, Im pretty much asking if I can get it replaced for free without a screen, and if not how much do I have to pay to get it replaced.

But your warranty will be lost if you do that on your own. Apple does not service devices anymore that have been opened by others.

How do I get a replacement for a broken phone when I did not have insurance on it?

So my phone apparently got some dust and dirt in it. Tried to clean it out with a qtip and rubbing alcohol, but to no avail. It was literally sitting on my desk still doing things like buttons were pushed. There is nothing to be done about it, it's probably beyond repair with how messed up it is.
Anyways is there anyway to get a replacement for it? I was able to activate an old phone to use for now(hoping they don't hit me for charges because I did that)
But they don't even make the phone that I was using anymore, so is there any hope to get a replacement for the time being? I can't upgrade til February anyways when my contract runs out. Sitting here unsure what to do. I can't go around with a 5 year old phone. It is not going to work for me besides for phone calls/text.

I had a Samsung Intensity 3 which is no longer offered. Buttons were sticking and it was dialing and doing functions that I didn't even touch at the time. It as possessed it seemed like. Hello, I have been having issues with my iPhone 5C for about a month now. I have unlimited everything, including data, & so randomly, starting about 2 weeks ago, my data basically does not work for any apps, besides like iMessage & Safari. So like if I have full LTE signal, I can try to open the Instagram app, and it will tell me "no internet connection", & it tells me that with ANY app, besides iMessage & Safari. Which is super frustrating, especially when I try to use like Maps or something & it jut does not load, & tells me that "there is not an internet connection", so I have to use apps & stuff only on wifi, in order for them to work. I went to the Sprint store, and had them try and update the data profile, reset data network, soft reset, etc (they basically did everything that I did), & they could NOT figure out what was wrong with my phone. So, they looked into my warranty information, and told me to take my phone to the Apple Store, and just get a replacement & that it would cost me only $50, since it is still covered under warranty. I am not up for an upgrade until April of 2016, & as far as I know, when it comes to replacements, Apple will either give me a new/refurbished iPhone 5C as a replacement. I don't really mind having to pay a little extra if I have to, in order to get a 5S , & I also don't care if the 5S would be either new or refurbished. So, my question is, could I maybe get a 5S as a replacement, instead of another 5C?

My Apple iphone 5 is less than a year old, meaning it's still under the 12 month warranty. The touchscreen has stopped working and there are lines across my screen. Can I get it replaced for free by booking an appointment in store?

The rest of my phone is still perfectly operational. I can sync it to my Mac, I can still see my phone screen, meaning I can still see texts and calls coming through, the power button works, I can see my apps and my background, and the circle button at the bottom still works. It's just the touchscreen that isn't working. I can't slide across to answer calls or slide across to turn the phone off. I was taken through some diagnostics over the telephone with an Apple advisor, who asked me to restore the software, back my phone up, etc, which I have done. He couldn't rectify the problem so advised me to take it in. I am booked in this evening to see an Apple advisor in store. I don't know of anything that I have done for this to happen! It was in my pocket on holiday in Portugal and was ok one minute, I took it out of my pocket and the vertical lines were on my phone and the touchscreen had stopped working! So what if you've never dropped it? Impact force is not the only way to damage something. Excessive pressure will do it as well.
What do you mean it was 'just hit by knee'? Do you mean you kneeled on it?

I am a user of the IPhone 5, and i got my phone this summer but I have a protective case and have no cracks or nothing but for some reason my phone loses battery very quickly. Apple does NOT unlock iPhones. Only the carrier to whom it is locked can unlock it officially.
If they will not unlock it, there is nothing that can be done officially.
