Can I get a replacement for these problems?

I have an iPod 5, and it is updated also. (32G) Recently I noticed it was sometimes not charging when plugged in. It soon became worse, and now is at the point where the charger has to be bent in certain ways to charge. I also noticed today, that my speakers are very fuzzy? It was never like this before. I was just curious to see if I could get a replacement, or if there was a fix, or I could send it somewhere to be repaired. Thank you!

If defective, Apple will exchange the iPod at no cost unless they have been abused. That applies to Apple earphones too.

You cannot get the screen replaced for free...that is an out of warranty accidental damage issue. The iPhone 4s will be replaced with another for $199 at an Apple store genius bar. Be sure to make a backup of your content, best done in iCloud so the Apple genius can restore your content to the replacement iPhone.

But your warranty will be lost if you do that on your own. Apple does not service devices anymore that have been opened by others.

My Apple iphone 5 is less than a year old, meaning it's still under the 12 month warranty. The touchscreen has stopped working and there are lines across my screen. Can I get it replaced for free by booking an appointment in store?

The rest of my phone is still perfectly operational. I can sync it to my Mac, I can still see my phone screen, meaning I can still see texts and calls coming through, the power button works, I can see my apps and my background, and the circle button at the bottom still works. I was taken through some diagnostics over the telephone with an Apple advisor, who asked me to restore the software, back my phone up, etc, which I have done. He couldn't rectify the problem so advised me to take it in. I am booked in this evening to see an Apple advisor in store. I don't know of anything that I have done for this to happen! It was in my pocket on holiday in Portugal and was ok one minute, I took it out of my pocket and the vertical lines were on my phone and the touchscreen had stopped working! My White Samsung Fascinate has issues, can I get it replaced for a different phone?

Okay, I have the White Samsung Fascinate. I bought it from Best Buy back in April, and since then i've had nothing but random problems with it. I've never tried getting it replaced before, but recently it has stopped vibrating altogether, even when in vibrate mode. I factory reset the phone and everything and it still will not work. If I take it to the Verizon Store and they cannot fix the problem can they give me a different phone? I really do not want another Fascinate that will just probably end up giving me more problems in a few months. I also heard that Verizon does not offer replacements for the White Samsung Fascinate, since it was a Best Buy exclusive, and that they will offer you something else. Is that true?

Since you did not by the device from a Retail Verizon Store and has had it over 14 Days the answer would most likely be a no, they will replace it with a referbished Fascinate if you got the insurance plan, other than that it would depend on the rep and manager to do something diffrent but I would not expect a diffrent phone...
Also you may qualify for the early upgrade but this will still mean you have to buy the devicce at contract price and renew contract, but this is only if you qualify and they do not have to offer this as a solution..

How can I get a replacement for my Install DVD?

I already had installed Logic Studio on my iMac. Now I wanted to install it on my MacBook as well.
When I took out the Install DVD from the insertion slot of my MacBook Pro, the edge of the slot scratched the top of the DVD and damaged it. ( How's that possible, by the way? )
Now I cannot finish the installation process. What can I do in order to get a replacement DVD?

So what if you've never dropped it? Impact force is not the only way to damage something. Excessive pressure will do it as well.
What do you mean it was 'just hit by knee'? Do you mean you kneeled on it?

Can I get a replacement for my iPhone 5s in Europe which I have bought in Middle East?

Hi there,
I bought my iPhone 5s two months ago, when I was in Iran for vacation. Now, it is dead and I can not turn it on!!! Some of my friends tell me that some of these iPhone 5s are factory defect and that is why Apple asked everyone who has bought iPhone 5s and have problem with it, to send it back and get a new one.
I called Apple Customer Service in Europe and told them the story, but I got the answer: You have to contact Apple or one of their agents in Iran for repair. My problem is that Apple has no office or agency in Iran, because the country is under the US sanction.
So my question is: Is there anyone in the community who knows with 100% certainty that Apple in Europe is bound/committed to exchange the defect one with a new one or at least repair it for me?
P.S. I have checked the Apple Support for my Service and Support Coverage by providing the serial number. It is active (Estimated Expiration Date: 15 January 2015) and my product is covered for eligible hardware repairs and service under Apple's Limited Warranty.
I appreciate if someone give me an qualified answer.

The issue here is Apple does not have any presence (Apple direct or AASP) in Iran.
The iPhone, if purchased in Iran, was grey market or used and will not be serviced under any Apple warranty in Iran.

Where can I get a replacement for my IPOD's USB cord?

Today at work while I was charging my IPOD I noticed that the USB cord was coming out of one of it's ends and was not charging the IPOD correctly. So I was wondering where can I go just to get a new USB cord for the Nano? My husband said to just use the old one that came with the original IPOD mini I had but I'd rather get a brand new one so there is no problems.

No one can predict what Apple will say when they see your cord. Just bring it in. If found defective it will be replaced on the spot.
