Can I get Apple Store's e-mail address for customers? My ipad mini with Retina has been delivered to wrong address.

You needed to erase the HDD and reinstall the version of OS X with which the Mac shipped from the factory from the restore DVDs that came with it if that was Snow Leopard and from OS Recovery if that was Lion. If Lion, you also need to call Apple Care and request that the Mac be released from your Apple ID.
By doing this your friend is then free to set the Mac up as a new purchase in his own name with his own Apple ID.
BTW, any software that you bought from the MAS with your Apple ID cannot be given to your friend. That would be software piracy.

Can't get printer to create e-mail address

I have a new 6500a printer at home. It is hooked up to ethernet and the internet. I can print to it from the PC's on my network and it is on the internet because I can access my google documents through the apps screen. It fails to create an e-mail printer e-mail address. It says the prnter was unable to connect to the server. How specifically do I get the e-mail address to setup so that I can print from my ipad using eprint?

Also as he states in his post make sure when it askes for DNS information, enter in Google's DNS. Preferred DNS = 8.8.8.8 Alt DNS = 8.8.4.4

Can't get rid of an e-mail address on iPhone

I send an e-mail from my iPhone and it was the wrong e-mail account. Now, I can't seem to delete it from my iPhone. I have deleted it from my mail account online, I have deleted it from my contacts, I have deleted it from my outlook. I have synched and deleted and resynched. I have searched multiple emails and can't find it on my computer.. so that was good. But, it's still on my iPhone. Any ideas how to get this abarant email address OFF my iPhone?

I know I wish there was a way to cause I had to restore my phone as new. I looked all on the web not just these furoms and I could find nothing just people saying to do a restore. Hopefully something easier comes about in this 2.0 update but who knows? If you find a different way you should post it.

So is this the way Apple works now? Not solving customers problems? I'm sure so many users have had this problem. I've had, and I reinstalled Mavericks 3 times. Works fine for some days and then several Apple Apps stop working. Is that a way to force us ti update to Yosemite? (I don't want to) and then pay to update some third party programs (i.e. Pro Tools). Also, there are so many 15" MacBooks Pro with graphic problems and of course the guys at the Apple Service Centers always say: "It's the logic board, you can have it replaced, but it's so expensive I would recommend a new Mac". I really, really miss Steve Jobs!

Apple has a built-in method for setting up Gmail accounts that makes sure that they are set up properly.
Go to System Preferences under the Apple menu and select Mail, Contacts & Calendars. In the left-hand sidebar select the Add Account… item. In the main window select Gmail. Enter the information in the drop down sheet.
As for Pacbell I don't know what the proper settings are and could only find these from a third party so proceed with caution. http://www.emailserversettings.com/category/pacbell

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.

This is your husband's app, only your husband can update it. Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID that purchased them. No other Apple ID can update someone else's app.

Yes. Delete the Apps that were not Purchased using Your Apple ID.
But a Restore as New is the way to go.
