Can I get apps from BlackBerry World without using PayPal?

My billing plan doesn't allow carrier billing.
The BlackBerry World website apparently doesn't do billing for some apps.
(Even though the help for the web site says it does.)
Is there a way to avoid using PayPal?

I use a pre-paid debit card on my BlackBerry World account. I keep less than 50 bucks on there, just to make purchases. It works well for mine. Hope that helps,

You can re-download music from the store using iTunes on your computer. Music from other sources should already be on your computer in the iTunes library.
As for photos, you will have to restore the last backup you made to another iOS device to get back what was in the camera roll.

It doesn't violate any terms and conditions, but if you associate the iPad with another Apple ID by downloading any past purchases using that other ID, you lock yourself out of the first ID for 90 days. You can read this for more information and decide if you want to associate the iPad with another ID.

I need to transfer an app from my Mac to my iPhone because the vendor bodged an update. I've deleted the broken app from the iPhone and now want to sync apps with my Mac as it has a working copy of the app. However when I go to the syncing screen there are no apps visible:

Don't know when the problem started as I normally keep the apps up to date on each device over wifi.
Any ideas chaps?

Apps you purchase from the Mac App Store can only run on the Mac OS X.
Apps purchased from the iTunes store run on iOS based devices such as your iPod.
In other words, you can't run the game for your Mac then copy it to your iPod. Two differenct operating systems.

Check the accounts on both your iPhone and computer... make sure they are the same.
Wiping the computer was a problem if you didn't create a backup of your iTunes library. Anything on your iPhone such as music, videos, apps, etc will be wiped when you sync now since those items are probably not in your library. Typically, the sync is one-way from iTunes to your iPhone.
You can try File > Transfer Purchases to get purchased items from your iPhone to iTunes. Excluding what you transfer, you're essentially starting from scratch on your iPhone. Note that apps can be downloaded again for free but music and videos cannot.

Can not get output from Objective DAC without Pulseaudio [SOLVED]

I have owned the ObjectiveDAC/O2 Amp combo for a couple of months now. Unfortunately I was unable to get the device to function properly without pulseaudio installed. When trying to configure it on a pure alsa system, I can set it as the default control card in alsamixer. The issue is that when I set it as the default pcm device, it fails to work. I can select the device in pulseaudio fine, and my system recognizes the device in alsa, however I cannot, for some reason, actually use the device. It seems that pulseaudio butchers sound quality, and I would greatly appreciate any help being able to get my device working without it. I can't believe that any sane individual would actually make part of the audio stack downmix audio by default.
It was just a lack of understanding of Alsa's config syntax. I do apologize for taking up space on the forums. I now have Alsa running with my DAC just fine.

Yeah that's what I meant. Try to burn a new cd at a slower speed. When the new one is done create a hashsum of the new burn and compare it to the iso you used to burn it with. I only say this because a few times in the past when I had sr0 errors while booting live cds it was because the disk was messed up and I had to burn it again.

Can't get apps from my 8500A premium

When I press the Apps button on my 8500A I get the error message, "The printer was unable to connect to the server. Check your internet connect and try again."
But everything else works. The printer is connect via wire to my router, I can print to it, I can e-print to it, and I can scan to email.
Any ideas?

Sometimes the system service for Audio is in stopped state after fresh install.
Open the services dialog using Start menu option Run... and then enter services.msc into opening dialog and finally press OK. Look the state of service named as "Windows Audio". If it's stopped then set its startup type to Automatc and start service maually this time
Another reason could be that your onboard sound is enabled. You can turn it off either through BIOS or Device Manager.
