Can I get my money back or a new computer?
Hi I have problem with my laptop. I bought it in april 2009. Since that time it has been broken 3 times (doesn`t want to turn on), it was sent to service 3 times because of this reason (everything was deal with toshiba service without help from the shop where I bought the laptop they gave me 1 year warranty). I have international warranty (for 2 years) now and my network card is broken. In Polish low when 2 different things get broke I can ask for a new computer (without defect) or money back. Can I get my money back? How to do this?

To be honest, i don't think that someone can say you if they return you money or replace it. It's user to user forum. But in my opinion, you won't get your money back but they can replace it... You contact the Asp (service center) in Poland

How can I get my bookmarks back on my new computer?
In short, I've got a list of links that used to be my bookmarks, but there is no file in which they're all together. How can I get all of them into Firefox at once?
Detailed version:
Before my laptop got replaced, I backed things up on an external hard drive, but it only backed up certain file types. I've retrieved things from my backup now, and the only things I've found from my bookmarks is a folder in the old "User" folder called "Favorites" and it has the list of all my old bookmarks from some previous export (not sure if that's from IE or Firefox, but I'd take either, because they were mostly synced up).Did you save your information before re-installing Windows? If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item. -

Once you log in to that account change the email address to anything, it can even be fake its just a placeholder
After you do that you will be free to change your old email address on your appleID to the new one that is now free to be used as it is no longer attached to the other account. -
I bought a 5 dollar app that didn't do what I understood it would do. Can I get my money back or even a credit? The app I bought I wanted it to zip a file video so I could get the video off my iPhone cause it took up all my hard drive space and it wouldn't zip a file from my phone like I understood it did. So since then I've found a free izip that did what I needed. Is there any way to get my money back and or return the app?F

My 3 year old and I downloaded, 'mini pets'. app. Whilst playing he managed to purchase a 'vault of gems' for a staggering £70!!!!
Can we get our money back? I can't believe there was no security or the iTunes password to submit and how is an app upgrade £70 these people are rob dogs.

Apple allows apps to list themselves as "Free" if the initial download is free, even if the app has kid-oriented inducements for costly in-app purchases. The in-app purchases are almost always ridiculous, over-priced game accessories, of which your example of "vault of gems for £70" is right up there. It is way too caveat emptor for my taste, but each consumer can form their own opinion on that.
To Apple's credit, they have a good record of granting refunds providing you explain the extenuating circumstances (purchase by a minor) and only ask once. Contact iTunes Customer Service.
And immediately, you need to place restrictions on the devices. The restrictions are off by default (caveat emptor!), so you need to take action to place them. See this document: iOS: Understanding Restrictions -

if you purchase a itunes gift card you will not be able get your money back. unless if it has never been used, such as enetering the bar code then you can probably take it in to the original store where you bought it from with the receipt.

Apple sometimes gives a one-time per account refund. If this is the app which you wish to use your possible one refund with use the Report a Problem link in the emailed receipt that you receive on the purchase in 24 to 48 hours to ask for the refund.

You've tried deleting and re-downloading the app, and tried contacting the developer (there should be a contact link on the app's description page in the store) ? If you don't get a reply then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
