Can i get my photos and setting back without backup?

I lost everything all I am going crazy please help me, my I restored my iphone but I forgot to back it up and when I tried to restor it I forgot about it so now I lost everything pleaaase tell me it's not over and there is a way to get my stuff back.

How can i get my photos and videos back after backing up from my 2nd generation ipod into my 5th generation ipod? I really need those photos but i dont know how.

I downloaded the new itunes. So, i plugged in my 5th generation ipod and when i plugged it in, it asked me if i want to set it as new ipod or back up from the 2nd generation ipod touch that i plugged in before, i accidently clicked on the back up from before so it when its done, it looked like my 2nd gen. ipod and i dont like it. All my photos and videos from 5th gen. Ipod were all gone and there are some pictures that i really need as soon as possible. Is there a way i can i can get those photos and videos back? I have the new version of iTunes (11 0 2 26) for Windows which installed over my old copy. I see none of my music etc even after it claims to have synced and backed up. It syncs OK with calendar and contacts from Outlook and I can force copying of apps and books but why does it not show music and photos in the iTunes library? help please.

Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. Note that in iTunes 11 an "empty" library may show your past purchases with links to stream or download them.
In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
Alternatively, depending on exactly when and why the library went missing, there may be a more recent .tmp file in the main iTunes folder that can be renamed as iTunes Library.itl to restore the library to a recent state.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library, or a backup of it, then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

- If you backed up the iPod after taking the photos then restoring from backup will recover the photos. To restore from backup see the restoring topic of:

If you restore via iTunes make sure that autosyncing is turned off. Go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says prevent iPods...".
- Otherwise if the photos ore not on the computer or iPod they are gone uless you can get them from your PhotoStream. See that topic of:

If you have never backed up then the photos are gone. You should always backup your iPad. You should be able to download your apps again in the App store purchased tab and as long as you use the same ID that you bought them with, you will not be charged again for them.

I was recently in Barcelona, Spain with my high school travel club when my iphone 5s was stolen. The last time i had backed up my phone was not since 2012. I am sick as i had over 1,000 pictures and 30 videos from our trip. If you were updating from your comupter then, the computer would have created a backup of the iPad and you will be able to restore you iPad from the same backup.
On the other hand, if you updated your iPad from the the Software Update feature available directly on the iPad, then all might be lost, depending on the following situations:
1)If you were backing up and syncing your iPad from the comupter, you can restore your iPad and restroe with the backup.
2)If you were backing up your iPad on iCloud, you can restore your iPad from that backup by restoring your iPad and when prompted, restore from iCloud Backup.
3)If you were not taking any backups in any form then there is nothing you can do.

I had not sync my phone prior to them replacing my phone but the Mac Genius said I was not going to lose any of the stuff on my phone because I had used iCloud. I was able to successfully back up all my files but am unable to import the new photos and videos that I had not previously sync to my computer. Am I missing something? I am getting an error message and the items I want to import appear to be blank in iPhoto.

Connect your iPhone to your computer. Tp your pc should recognize your iPhone as a camera. Use what ever application you have on the pc to transfer files from a camera to your computer.

How to I get my photos and apps back from iCloud?

Yesterday I had to get a replacement iPhone 4S. I didn't have time to wait for my photos and apps to restore from iCloud and I want to do it now. Everything is saying "waiting" but there are no status bars on anything and after 1 hour, nothing has restored.

If you no longer have the phone or have any Backup of it at all, you can re-download your apps and your content from the iTunes Store by logging into your Apple ID at settings> iTunes & App Store. Unfortunately you can no longer recover the data that was associated with those apps.
So far as your photos go, you can recover any photos that were in photo stream and taken less than 30 days ago by logging in with your Apple ID to settings> iCloud> photos. Unfortunately you will be unable to recover any photos from your camera roll.
