  • How can I get my Bokmarks back after losing them when I had an update for an add on?

After I installed an update for an add on, I opened Firefox and I found that even though all of the Folders were still there, under Bookmarks, all of the bookmarks were gone. Is there any way that I can get them back?

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

Can you get your photos back after the iphone does a restore?

    Actually, wrong.
The tech support people can help with Playbook purchased apps. If you've called and they said they cannot, you were lied to.
Even in the link you posted, in #10, it states clearly "App Refund related matters are handled by BlackBerry Customer Care." That, my friend is accessed by the support number. Again, if you were told otherwise, you should inform them of such or ask for a manage/supervisor.
And, you don't have a "Partner ID" because you are not a "Partner". The section you're referring to applies to mobile providers, which are the Partners.
    Good luck.

  • Can i get my photo back after i restore iphone 5 without back up

can i get my photo back after i restore iphone 5 without back up?

Where was the photo before you did the restore? was it in the Camera Roll? If you had PhotoStream turned on perhaps the photo is still in your PhotoStream.
Have you synced your iPhone lately? Made a backup. Perhaps it is there.
Otherwise it is most likely gone.

    - If they are in an iPod backup then restore from that backup. See the restore topic of:

    - If they are on your computer sync them to your iPod

  • How can i get my photos back after i erased all content and settings

Okay so i had a Iphone 5c and broke it so they shipped me a new one, And as i was trying to set my new one up the paper said to go to settings and back up my phone and then erase all content and settings from my damaged device, So i did. And for some reason i cant find anything in my icloud account.
How can i get all my pictures back onto my phone but the knew one? Is that even possible? Or can i find them anywhere else? Like how can i restore a back up? I think thats what it is. I just need my pictures back really bad, Any suggestions!? Please help me

I had saved my photos on my WD My passport but I think it was only saved like a preview.
We need to know more, to be able to understand what you have done.
How did you save your images to the external drive? Did you copy your Aperture library there?
Is your Aperture library referenced or managed - did you store the original image files outside the Aperture library or are they included in your Aperture library?  If you have referenced images, did you back them up too?
The error message you are seeing, shows that Aperture cannot find the original image file. That is indicated by the yellow warning badge with the arrow.
If your Aperture library is referenced, you need to restore your backed up original image files as well from their backup, and then use the the command "File > Locate Referenced Files" to reconnect the image versions with the missing original files.  Do you have a backup of the originals? If you cannot restore your referenced originals, you can turn your previews into new originals; post back, if you need help with that.
If your Aperture library is managed, and all your originals are included inside your Aperture library, try if the Aperture Library First Aid Tools can fix this:
Repairing and Rebuilding Your Aperture Library: Aperture 3 User Manual
Check if the "Masters" folder inside your Aperture Library contains any image files: Crtl-click the Aperture library and use "Show Package Contents". Are the missing original image files inside?

  • Can I get my pictures back after losing my device?

My device was lost/stolen and I can't find my pictures anywhere...

I do my iCloud backup all the time with my iPad, and so if I want my photos back (if my device was stolen), then I would simply use my "replacement iPad" (i.e., the one I get to replace the one that was stolen) and restore all my data to this new iPad. I actually did that, but it wasn't with a stolen iPad. I got rid of one iPad and replaced it with a new one. So, before I got rid of the first iPad, I backed up everything, and then cleaned off my old iPad, got the new one ... restored the new one with my data -- and there were all my pictures again (along with all my other data, too). It was pretty simple, actually.
Now, if you're not going to replace your iPad right away, that iCloud backup will stay there for a few months. I would check with Apple to find out how long it will stay there. They'll let you know. You might have six months before the backup is deleted (if you have no activity on it). So, that's another avenue for you.
But, if you're not going to replace it, then you might find a willing friend with an iPad that has all their data backed up (they would have to be a "good" friend, though ... :-) ...) and have them erase it all and set it to factory default. Then you restore all your data to that friend's iPad and then you can perhaps get "another" backup mode to hold your pictures (from where you restored it on your friend's iPad). You can use Dropbox and backup thousands of pictures from your iPad. And they will stay there in Dropbox indefinitely, as long as you pay the monthly bill ... that is ... :-) ... That way your pictures are off iCloud and onto Dropbox and can be kept there indefinitely.
I'm saying all of the above, as if you don't have your own computer. But, if you do have your own computer, then you can transfer the photos from your friend's iPad to your computer, if you want to go that way.
iOS: Import personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
Or ... further ... if you have your own computer, you can do a backup from your friend's computer onto your computer through iTunes ...
    iTunes: About iOS backups
I've given you a whole range of options, depending on how you want to do it ... :-) ...

Once my computer crashed I brought my pictures back to the HD Imac Computer but now I can see them but I can't save, print or export them. Is it possible for me to fix this and if so how?
    I appreciate ALL help.

  • Can I get my iMessages back after deleting them???

Help mee, my iPad iMessages have been deleted and need them back??? Somebody help???!!!

The iPad doesn't have a Trash Can or Recycle Bin, so once deleted they are gone. Unless, possibly, you had made a backup of the iPad.

  • How can you get a calendar back after deleting it

How can you get a calendar back after deleting it

You will have to restore the device from a backup on icloud.  (this assumes you have backups turned on in settings>icloud)
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings.  This will erase your device.  Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your device was new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.

  • How can I get my photos back from icloud

How can I get my photos back from my iPhone 4 on the icloud I got my music and my contacts but for some reason I can not get my photos.

    Hi sadie,
When you did the backup, were the 1500 pictures all on your camera roll? Or were they on other Albums?
iCloud is not a storage device for your photos. You should be importing them to a computer or uploading them to a cloud storage facility like DropBox or Flickr.
Each time you do a backup of to iCloud, it creates a backup of what is on your phone at that moment in time. So, if you had some photos on one backup, but not the other, you would only be able to "recover" the photos from one of those backups. Photos in iCloud are not aggregative.
Also, the iCloud backup of photos only includes those photos or videos in the Camera Roll. Photos in any other album are not backed up:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12519?viewlocale=en_US
If you had PhotoStream turned on, then the last month's-worth of PhotoStream, or the last 1000 PhotoStream photos would also still be viewable.
Can you tell us where those 1500 photos were located when you did your backup?
Sorry that you lost your photos. Take a look at DropBox in the App Store, or check out Flickr. If you aren't importing your photos on a regular basis to a computer, then these would be your best bet to protect your photos going forward.

How can I get my texts back after an IOS update?

    Hi Clembo60,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that your text messages are missing after an update on your iPhone. If you have a backup of your device on either iTunes or iCloud, you can restore from that backup and bring your information back. Please review the attached article, which covers how to back up and restore from backups, for more information.
Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes - Apple Support
    Best regards,
