Use Google and find some other unofficial copy. This is not supported by Apple (downgrading that is) and purely at your own risk. If you end up with one that has spyware, etc., it will be entirely your problem.

There are alternatives. But none of them have Google street view, able to work on iOS 6. Apple should have offered this as a beta version, for a few more months instead of inflicting us with an inferior product. This iPad will probably be my last Apple product. A shame, because until last a few days ago, I thought the iPad and iPhone were fantastic.
Apple should quit their petty squabbling with, Google and Samsung and concentrate on supplying the best product.
Google and Samsung must be enjoying this particular fiasco.

Just delete the app form the iPod and if you sync with iTunes make sure that you do not resync it to the iPod. You can delete it from your iTunes library too..

Ios6 crippled my iphone4. Can I get rid of ios6?

I have an iphone4, not 4s, and I upgraded to the ios6. Everything is slow now, everything has a delay or a lag. Apps crash all the time. Can I revert back to ios5? I was thinking about renewing verizon contract and getting iphone5, now- probably not. I feel like they are trying to force me to get the new one. There is NOTHING good about ios6. All it did was cripple and destroy my phone, my phone that i loved, that I told my friends they should get, that I constantly talked about how it was worth the money, that it was a high quality item. I'm pretty unhappy that apple would release the new operating system for the iphone 4 if it doesnt work with the iphone 4.
i have a first generation ipad, and the ios6 is unavailable for it. I'm ok with that, and actually I respect apple's decision to not release software that won't work with my equipment.
BUT IOS6 does not work with my iphone 4. I want my old phone back. If apple doesnt fix this problem, then I will have to reconsider being an apple customer.
I will buy a new phone when I want a new phone. I don't like that they have tried to make me get a new one by making my old phone obselete. This is deceptive and wrong.

I'd try starting Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit.

Photos synced to your phone can only be removed from your phone the same way they got there, through the iTunes sync process. Connect your phone, iTunes running, & under the photos tab remove the checks for all albums/folders you do not want on your phone. Hit the apply/sync button & they will be removed from your phone.

You have to uncheck what songs you don't want in iTunes. I don't think you could delete songs off the phone direct, unless you had I tunes match.

You can't go back to iOS 5, but here are some things to try to help the battery problem:
The problem most likely has to do with corruption in the backup that was restored after the update.
First re-boot the phone. If that doesn't help, restore it. If that doesn't work, restore it as a new device.
DO NOT restore your backup. Test it. Is the problem gone? If not, Google "iPhone DFU Mode".
Put the phone in DFU mode and re-install iOS.
Do NOT restore your backup yet. Is the problem gone? If so, restore your backup and see how it behaves.
If the problem returns, the issue is with your backup. Set it up as a new device and rebuild it from scratch.
