Can I gift my friend a game with prepaid credit?

I have $50+ of prepaid credit which I received from a prepaid card, but when I try to gift my friend, It only allows for me to use a credit/debit card. Is there a way to gift a game using this prepaid credit?

    If its a paid book you should have 50 tokens available to promote your  book. You can choose to  download all or a few because they have a limited life after issue. Email her the  token and she can purchase from the store and use the  token.
    If you are talking about  a book in the store that is not yours.. then I do not think its possible.

    No, you must install Windows to run Windows software. You do not need to use Boot Camp (yes, it's free because it comes with OS X.)
    Windows on Intel Macs
    There are presently several alternatives for running Windows on Intel Macs.
    Install the Apple Boot Camp software.  Purchase Windows XP w/Service Pak2, Vista, or Windows 7.  Follow instructions in the Boot Camp documentation on installation of Boot Camp, creating Driver CD, and installing Windows.  Boot Camp enables you to boot the computer into OS X or Windows.
    Parallels Desktop for Mac and Windows XP, Vista Business, Vista Ultimate, or Windows 7.  Parallels is software virtualization that enables running Windows concurrently with OS X.
    VM Fusionand Windows XP, Vista Business, Vista Ultimate, or Windows 7.  VM Fusion is software virtualization that enables running Windows concurrently with OS X.
    CrossOver which enables running many Windows applications without having to install Windows.  The Windows applications can run concurrently with OS X.
    VirtualBox is a new Open Source freeware virtual machine such as VM Fusion and Parallels that was developed by Solaris.  It is not as fully developed for the Mac as Parallels and VM Fusion.
    Note that Parallels and VM Fusion can also run other operating systems such as Linux, Unix, OS/2, Solaris, etc.  There are performance differences between dual-boot systems and virtualization.  The latter tend to be a little slower (not much) and do not provide the video performance of the dual-boot system. See MacTech.com's Virtualization Benchmarking for comparisons of Boot Camp, Parallels, and VM Fusion. Boot Camp is only available with Leopard or Snow Leopard. Except for Crossover and a couple of similar alternatives like DarWine you must have a valid installer disc for Windows.
    You must also have an internal optical drive for installing Windows. Windows cannot be installed from an external optical drive.

    Yes. You can use any funds that you have available in iTunes for the App Store, iTunes, iBooks or the Mac App Store. Just go to the app store and tap on the app that you want to download. If the credit is available, it will be deducted from your account when you make the purchase.
    You can swipe to the bottom of the featured tab in the app store to view your account balance.

    This would be something you would need to address with your credit card company. Apple cannot tell you who else might have used your card nor what purchases they might have made. Call your credit card company and report the charges as fraudulent. You'll probably need to have them cancel your existing card and issue you a new one.

    Sorry but you can't gift music cross countries - The recipient needs (to create) an account in that country where the gift comes from.
    To access a certain country's iTMS you need:
    * either a CC with a billing address in that country
    * or an address in that country + a gift(voucher)/prepaid card issued in that country.

    AFAIK the Developer Account is valid worldwide so you can open it using any credit card, your apps, after they're approved by Apple, they're publish in every country where a iOS App Store exists.

    And to check which countries have an App Store open iTunes (on your Mac), go to the App Store and scroll all the way down, at the bottom there is a flag with your country, click on that to see all the countries where your Apps are published.

    Yes you can! The box may not mention Windows 7 but it does work. Now it may not be the best video quality if you're trying to go HD, because you're using analog hookups thru a USB, but it will preform the task you have described. There are some complaints on Best Buy's website, but my experience says it's probably user error.

    Unfortunately, if the iOS 7.1.2 has broken the app then it's up to the app developer to fix it.
    You can look at the reviews. If the update has broken the app then the reviews will reflect that and you can at least know it's not just you.
