I know fer sure that if you go to the apple store they'll replace them if there broken but will they replace them if there lost ? Someone please help thank you .

Having it engraved wont' stop it from being stolen. All it might do is make it easier to identify if it is.
The best way to work towards preventing theft is to be smart with your device. Don't ever leave it laying anywhere unattended....you're in the library, need to take a bathroom break, don't leave it on the table, put it in it's case/bag and take it with you or leave it in the custody of a friend.
Be aware that it is a target for thieves and treat it accordingly. Treat it like you'd treat your purse or wallet. -

The least expensive way to repair (although it will void your warranty) is to go to ebay and search ipod touch 4th glass service and there are people who do it for as low as $60. -

If not, you can go into somewhere like Carphone warehouse and ask for a new EE sim card sometimes costs £5 but they normally do a deal like top up £10 and get something free. i'm sure EE shop would supply these also, the only trouble you may have is the time that it would take to port the same number over

MilindaiPads bought in the US are not locked to a carrier, but only the AT&T version uses micro-sim cards - the Verizon model is CDMA based and doesn't use sim cards, so for that reason is effectively locked. With the AT&T version you should be able to just swap in a local micro-sim - you don't have to activate a service with AT&T
