Apple does not service components individually; all service is a replacement of the iPhone with another unit (usually refurbished). They would probably replace your iPhone, but at a cost ($199 to $299 US, depending on the model). There are some independent sites that purport to offer a repair, or that will sell a new lens (search the web for something like "iPhone repair" or "iPhone parts"). You have to take the case apart which will probably void the iPhone's warranty.

They won't replace the lens. If they determine it is a manufacturing defect, you'll get a replacement phone.

You would have to get the rear glass panel replaced, it is one part. Normal warranty does not cover accidential damage. You can do it yourself for 50$:

Also before installing Please go to Applications-->Utilities--> Adobe installers and if there is any uninstaller for CS5.5 , you can remove it and do a fresh install.

Music Rescue also works as far as restoring your playlists etc. I've used it twice, you can use the Quick Recover mode, but have to click continue trial (something like that) allot, cp. to purchase option. Otherwise diesel is right as far as restoring via your purchase history.

You can't delete the Camera app. Yu can hide it with restrictions (Setings>General>Restrictions). Have you tried using the spotlight search to look for it if it is not Restricted?

What can I do? I bought a new iPhone 6 and noticed the camera lens is cracked 4 days later?! No drops or falls.

What to do when I realize my new iPhone has two cracks in the camera lens. It does not affect picture taking but still very frustrating when this phone was just purchased and picked up less than a week ago. The lens cover on the iPhone 6 rear camera is sapphire. It doesn't get any better than that. It's entirely possible there was a flaw in the crystal.

You're question is hard to follow. Are you looking to rename your master files to the version name? Or are you looking to do something with IPTC caption field and the masters?
