My son teen I want to know what are the applications that have been downloaded, for I expect he uses the Apple Store account in another load and then deletes applications.
What are your suggestions for dealing with this issue?

You can't check apps by the devices serial number. Even if he deletes apps, they will still be in the purchased list. Ask to see the device. Tap the App Store. Tap the purchased tab and you'll be able to see the list of apps that have been downloaded to the iPad. If he removed any, they will still show in the list with a cloud next to them.

We just downloaded the Creative Suite 6 onto our computer, but it says that the serial number is incorrect. Do we use our serial number from CS5.5 because that didn't work?

I bought acrobat adobe professtional version II in 2012. Now I re-download this software to my new computer. All info was downloaded. But when I opened the file, I need to verify the serial number. I entered. But it showed up that the serial number is valid, but the qualifying product could not be found. I could not be able to find Ver 11 from the list. What can I do?
The qualifying product is the older version that you owned before you purchased the upgrade to version. It is what qualifies you to use the less expensive upgrade version. So you need to select the older version and provide its serial number to prove that you qualify for using the upgrade.

I try to install Adobe Acrobat on my new computer, but I get a message that the serial number (the one I found in My Account) is invalid.
I have already deactivated Adobe Acrobat on my old computer.first make sure you are installing the right product from the original disks/saved download, as there are multiple similar products. Did you buy direct from Adobe?
