I was thinking about paying the $99 a year to join the developer program because I want to download the SDK and try creating applications for the iPhone and iPad; however, can you download the SDK and use it on a PC or does it require that you have a Mac in order to do development work? The xcode4 and interface builder feature looked rather nice but I didn't know if I were to sign up and download if it would all run on my PC (Windows 7)or not.

When I try to move the new firefox icon into my OSX applications folder I get a message telling me I don't have permission. How can I get the new version of Firefox into my applications folder?

I downloaded the new version of firefox for Mac OSX.
I dragged the firefox icon over my applications folder.
A message window asked if I wanted to replace an older version of the application. I clicked "yes".
Another message window popped up and said I did not have permission.
What now?

If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

We need to create screens or transaction code ZMM01 which will have all views in the form of a tab like sales data will have a tab to input sales information like plant data as its own tab to input plant specific data
ceating material masters entries in Ztables like ZMARA,ZMARC,ZMVKE.
Now my question is can we use the same authorization objects which are being used for standrard MM01 transaction code because same users who use MM01 will use ZMM01.
If this is possible how can I know what are the authorization objects which I need to program for my ZMM01 Tcode.

it is possible go to transaction SU21
and search MM_G object class you can reuse the same for ur Z transaction
also u will have to use SU22 to assing tcode to the obejct class

As I said, if you want to buy it from the USA online Apple store, you will need to have a credit card issued by an American Bank or financial company, you will have to have a USA billing address associated with that card, and you will have to have it shipped to a USA street address.
Aramax is a shipping company - you do not have a credit card from them and they cannot pay for your purchase. Having an account with a shipping company doesn't provide you with a USA source of payment for your purchase.
As I understand it, the Oman government does not allow the iPhone to be sold in Oman, there are no official service providers for it, and thus there is no legitimate source to buy an iPhone from within Oman.

Hello Maria,
Well, in the Support Message window, place the cursor in Component box and press F4. This will brings up another window which contains the components list to which you are authorized. From that list you can choose about which component you want to create that particular support message.
For example, if you are from Quality department, the following can be visible when you press F4.
QM - Quality Management
-- QM-ADB Adobe Forms
-- QM-ADB-PRN Print Forms
For the Print Forms, the component will be QM-ADB-PRN

Assuming one wants to stay with database-stored passwords (the traditional method), one may want to look at the password aging and complexity enforcing mechanisms.
Oracle has a complete manual around this. For 10gR2, the Oacle Database Security Guide chapter 4 is interesting reading - section 4.3 is the discussion for database authentication. And section 7.4.4 talks about the complexity enforcement.
