Can I lock restore option?

I wanted to be completely proof if someone steals my iPhone, so I locked the option to turn off "find my iPhone" in settings, and then I thought, the thief can simply restore my iPhone using iTunes and he's good to go,  even of apple locks it with a passcode he can just enter DFU mode and iTunes will be forced to restore, so my question is, can I just completely block the option of restoring in any way to keep "find my iPhone" turned on in any situation so a thief can't  turn it off?

Sorry, but there is no way to prevent someone from performing a restore on an iPhone. Such an option would probably not be practical since if something went amiss with your iPhone and locked it up, a block to the restore could prevent any hope of addressing a problem other than having the iPhone replaced. So it's not likely that such a capability would ever appear, though I can't say that at some point Apple won't come up with some other solution.
Regards.
