Can i look up my old vpn passwords somewhere?

I have a troubling problem with my PPTP-VPN connection. On my last use, I was asked to change my old password, and then connected. On my next attempt, I failed to connect, and I hastily tried multiple passwords incredulously. Now it dawned on me that I should have looked up my saved password first (in Keychain), to get back to using it once I know that all other technical problems are solved. The option to log VPN conncections verbosely has always been checked in. Can I find any log somewhere where I could check the used passwords in the clear (hopefully only after authorization)?

Personally, I think the ability to access "old" Apple IDs using your birthday as a verification criterion is simply broken, and if your email address has changed that's also useless.
If you find a way to do this please let me know. I've reached a dead end.

Contact iTunes Customer support... it is not possible to bypass Activation Lock.

Since the iOS 8.3 update my iPad keeps asking for my old iTunes password(the account I don't use and can't reset as the e-mail address was hacked) As a result I can't update my apps because it reverts back to asking for my old iTunes password.

Any content is tied to the account that you used to buy/download it - so if you created a new account as opposed to updating the existing one, then you will need to use the old account to download updates to its apps. Can you not update your old account so as to have a new email address on it (e.g. via this page) ?

Arty ~ Welcome to the Support Communities. iWeb can't import/open published HTML/media files on your iDisk. iWeb can only open its key Domain file which contains your site data — it's usually located here:

I'm trying to change my apple ID on iPad but won't let me until I give the old password to old ID. I no longer have access to the old email so I can't even change the old password.

I'm with JC4567, I have my old email turn up when going into my iCloud settings. It won't let me change the email to my new one (this new email and password are already updated on my PC. Why can't it just automatically update all other devices with it???), it's grey'ed out so I can't click and edit. I read somewhere that if we delete (older ios) or log off (newer ios) iCloud in the Settings then we can log in with the new AppleID and password. When I tried that it brought up my old AppleID and demanded my old password to my to turn off the "Find My iPhone" part in the iCloud. So I couldn't delete/log out of iCloud without turning off Fimd My iPhone. Catch 22. How do we fix that?

Well, it is part of the Mac. So you were shortchanged.
Call AppleCare and ask them to send you a replacement set. They will ask for the serial number and model number to sure they are give you the correct set. They will charge you a nomibnal fee for shipping and handling.

As Ann said, it does depend on your phone. One third party app that works on many phones (especially older models, but not all phones) is BitPim ( http://www.bitpim.org/ ) but it can potentially harm/brick your phone if you don't know what you are doing - use it with caution. I have used it successfully to get texts and photos off an old flip phone that was deactivated and had no sd card.
Newer smartphones can download apps that will give you the ability to print out texts.

You cannot remove or change the old ID. This is Find My iPhone Activation Lock. You need to recover the credentials for the Apple ID originally used to activate the iPad.
Check your spam and junk folders.
