But my doubt is: Do I lose my money if my order is rejected (according to the last paragraph marked in red)?

...mabye but i'm still confused bcause it says "Apple must receive your payment within 10 days after you place the order; otherwise, your order will be canceled. Wait 5 to 7 business days for order processing after Apple receives your payment" so if Apple canceled my order... I lose my money and nobody going to reimburse me but also says "Wait 5 to 7 days while apple will process my order" I dont know i told you i'm still confused; México hasn't got Apple Store (85% what people sell is fake or clone FKNG China) and i need the iPhone (and other apple products) free for telephone companies. ONLY APPLE CAN OFFER ME WHAT I WANT

    Yes.  Before you can change the country on an account, the balance must be zero.  If it is not zero, you can contact iTunes Customer Service, who will kindly reset it to zero for you.

    You can deauthorise all 5 at once, then reauthorize the one you want.

    You need to log into iTunes on the computer you want to deauthorise. Otherwise, contact contact iTunes Store support to see if they can help.

  • Firefox won't open at all, and when I try to use the 'run' feature, it says the file has been moved, etc. I use Windows 8 and I can not lose my bookmarks. Help?

    Firefox has been working great on my computer for months, and then all the sudden it wouldn't load any pages. So naturally I restarted my computer, but when it restarted Firefox wouldn't open at all. The icon glows for a bit like normal, then it fades and never actually opens. When I try to use the 'run' command, I get this error:
    "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\ refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location."
    I also tried the same for the file in the x86 folder but it gave the same error, and I went and looked for the files in the location given and they were there.
    Firefox didn't crash, so there aren't any other error messages I can give you.
    The things I had bookmarked are really important, I can not lose those, but other than that I'm fine with anything else needing to re-installed, etc.

    Unless you're talking about the entire Mozilla Firefox folder (which isn't what the thing you copied says,) there is no installation folder.

    You can access, usually under the Apple (icon) menu in the main desktop
    window, note item with name "About this Mac" & click on that, to see more
    information about your computer, its OS X version, and other. The system
    version and build model are there. Do not post a serial number.
    If you are setting up Mail in a Mavericks OS X 10.9.x system, there often
    is access to information in the Help viewer from the main menu bar, or
    in an open mail application. If you have a Gmail or other account, that
    info is often on their home page where setup and help are located.
    The settings of each email account may vary according to their provider;
    so you would have to change your computer to accept them. An older
    link to a general look at that issue, change IMAP to POP, is covered here:

    While that may not answer your question, you could use the info in
    your Mac OS X system Help viewer and use its search; or maybe
    a Spotlight search to see an answer online.
    You have to learn some basic things in order to actually use these...
    and it helps to expand that so you won't have to pay for tech service
    on things you can do yourself in a few minutes, beyond easy stuff.
    Of course, you're hearing this from a guy with no ISP email, ever.
    So mine are web-mail only; & I never save email to a computer.
    PS: If you have a new Mac with an AppleCare plan, you may be able
    contact Support for help. Ask someone (for 90 days, or up to 3 years
    if the Plan was extended) there at AppleCare, for their guidance.

  • Can we split accounts so each person can spend their own money, but still share the same librar

    right now we have one itunes library, one apple id and 2 devices. so when we put an itunes card on the account, it is a race for who can use up the $ first.  We are adding a 3rd device.   I want to split the accounts so each person can spend their own money, but i still want them to share the same library(the library is in a shared area on the computer)
    we have been thinking about just setting up a new apple id for the new device.  i am worried that when we sync, that it will wipe out all the existing stuff.

    You can create as many individual user accounts on a Mac as you like. Then, any one or more of those users can remotely log in from another Mac and use that Mac as their own, simultaneously. Each account will remain separate from all others.
    However, since each user needs to have a Mac to do that, I'm not sure how you could effectively double the number of users as you describe.

    Yes, you can use another server for .ibooks format.  You can also directly email it if your system can take the size.

    You can't. Once any part of the balance has been spent, the remainder can't be put back onto the card or otherwise transferred to another person(aside from Apple itself) through any means.

    Your iPhone and iPod can share the same iTunes account.  Apps can be freely shared and used by one or both devices.  You can't use money in your iTunes account to pay for your phone, but purchased apps can be used by both the iPod and iPhone.

    Don't create a new iTunes account.
    Just update everything with new info/change password/ security questions.
