Can I make 10 Adobe ID's?

I work in a small office and we can't afford to pay $70/month for 10 users when 7 of them only use Photoshop occaisionally.
My solution is 10 IDs: 3 Complete subscriptions and 7 Single App subscriptions. I don't want to lose my money, will Adobe ban me for this?

Your solution will work. Adobe will not ban you.
The disadvantage is that you will have the company credit card used against 10 Individual accounts versus 1 Team account with 10 Seats.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 running windows vista 32 bit, and recently adobe premiere elements 9 has been having really rough playback, meaning it will often freeze or skip many frames when I try to watch what I have edited. Almost any graphics adapter will do fine in PE9... it is not until you get to Premiere Pro that the graphics card makes a difference

Now, at the same time and with the same hand... while still using the baton to conduct the orchestra... pick up a bow and play a fiddle... this would be doing something with your video file at the same time as all the other work
You as a person cannot do both at the same time with the same hand
A computer is a LITTLE better, in that it can switch from one kind of task to another very quickly... but not quickly enough for EASY video editing
You need AT LEAST two hard drives (separate drives, never a partition http://forums.adobe.com/thread/650708?tstart=0 for more) with Windows (or Mac OS) and software on your boot drive, and video files on a 2nd drive so the boot drive is not slowed down by trying to do everything
I find that the three drives I use work very well for me, for editing AVCHD video... some people use a 4th drive, so video INPUT files are on drive three and all OUTPUT files are on drive four... I only bought a mid-tower case instead of a full tower case (my bad... but had to fit in the space available on my office desk!) so I use the three drives that will fit

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

I really need to organize my files and goodies I have been collecting these past 10 years. So I need to use Bridge to easily view .psd and .eps thumbnails. But Bridge is running SO slow! It takes a few seconds for every click. I disabled my cloud drives and tried a cocktail of different settings.. but no dice. Please help! I was so excited to finally have Creative Cloud and wanted to get my computer nice and neat and now I wish I didn't delete my old version of Bridge. There has to be a solution if my old version was able to run as nice as the other Adobe programs.

It was dependent on selecting a frame in the Monitor window and a right-click 'update thumbnail' in the Task Panel media view. But .... I don't see that 'update thumbnail' anymore in PRE10. Now the media panels did I think undergo a major change in PRE9 and I wonder if the update thumbnail got stripped out. If it did then it's going to need a feature request to stand any chance of it getting restored in a later version.
