Can i make a slideshow dvd and add the pictures in one disc

I'm making a iDVD slideshow of my last vacation for my brother but I also want to add the pictures for him so he can print them or or just have them in his computer. Is it possible to burn the DVD slideshow and the pictures on the same DVD disc? Please help. Thank you.

Yes You can in iDVD make it to add a folder with Your pictures too (to be opened on PC/Mac - not viewed on DVD-player)
Two ways
• iDVD menu - down to Preferences and then select like this
or by using "Editing for DVD-ROM"

I am using the theme of scrapbook but have several pictures that should go together on one page or frame. I do not have iphoto11. So I am more limited I think. If you right click on the image on the page in the context menu select photo box alignment and then select one of scale to fit {centered, Left-aligned, Right-aligned}
That should do what you are loking for.

I want to burn a DVD and keep the pictures in the files

I am using iPhoto 8. I have 46 albums that I created for one vacation. I have organized all of the pictures from 5 cameras and want to burn a DVD keeping the pictures in those albums so others can create a slideshow from them. When I burned a DVD the files did not show up, so all of the work was for nothing. How can I burn the DVD and keep the files intact so other people do not need to do the same work that I have already completed?

As Terence mentioned for those with Macs and iPhoto select the albums you've created and use the Share ➙ Burn menu option. This will create a mini library on the disk that others can view in iPhoto and run slideshows from the photos in the album or copy those albums into their library for more control.

i want to be able to have firefox homepage and have themes and content on the whole page not just the toolbar portion. on yahoo i can do this but i am tired of them and want to change to firefox for my homepage if i can change the whole page.

The built-in Firefox home page doesn't have widgets like My Yahoo. You may be able to find a good add-on for that, or you could consider the other sites that popped up when Google discontinued the iGoogle home page.

How can I make a circular mask and decrease the expansion without....

I created a circular mask using the elliptical tool on a 400x400 pixel composition, but when I tried decreasing the Mask Expansion from 0.0pixels to -180 pixels the circle becomes a vertical ellipse. I was wondering why does it become elliptical and how can I change it that it stays circular? Thanks

could some one please advise on how do I write the data stored in my node (elements) as string into a text file? How can i create a text file and add the structure of my node to it? I can just walk through my node recursively.

Are you referring to a org.w3c.dom.Node?
In that case, the simplest approach would be to use KM's XML serializer (http://help.sap.com/javadocs/NW04s/current/km/com/sapportals/wcm/util/xml/SimpleSerializer.html)

Apple's builtin "iPhoto" application can do that easily. Open iPhoto and click on "Help" at the top of the screen for assistance in creating it.

Well you can make a bootable dvd this way:
After downloading the Install OS X Mavericks.app file from the Mac App Store, run these 12 commands in Terminal to create a Mavericks.iso file and then burn it to a dual layer DVD with Disk Utility. You may then boot up from it by holding the option key down and then install mavericks. This will not install a recovery partition. How to make a slideshow dvd with numerous song clips

I am trying to make a slideshow dvd with different photo fades and different song bits per photo group seemlessly. I know it can be done with iphoto and itunes, but I cant get it done. Any suggestions?

I'm puzzled by the suggested procedures.
First, I personally prefer to use iPhoto to compose my slideshow: iPhoto simplifies the workflow of creating the slideshow and managing the transitions between each images (Ken Burns effects); iMovie always creates the same default KB effect, while iPhoto randomizes it and still allows for manual adjustments. I don't add music to the iPhoto slideshows.
Then, I export to iDVD each slideshow (Share / Send iDVD) to only get from my Movies folder (~/Movies/) the generated clip (MPEG4 720x540). iPhoto only proposes to "export" in 640x480, which is bad because too far from DV format.
Then, after I collect all my .mov files, and I trashed each DVD projects created in the process, I import to iMovie all the .mov files. iMovie "converts" each clip to 768x576 DV.
I'm able now to use iMovie to add the soundtrack. When done, I add my chapters and export the iMovie project again to iDVD. Of course, this time I complete the DVD project and burn a disc.
The method I've exposed here helps me a lot because I use each application at what it's best. But, it's all not straightforward.
--> And I don't understand WHY iPhoto does NOT export to iDVD directly in 768x576 DV format.
Can someone help/correct here ?

If you have Pages you can create customs pages for your book as TD suggested. If you have Pages from iWork 09 or 11 this app will add 80 or so additional frames to those offered: Frames and Strokes Installer. Don't use it on the latest Pages version, however.
This tutorial shows how to create a custom page with the theme's background: iP11 - Creating a Custom Page, with the Theme's Background for an iPhoto Book. Once the page is complete to get it into iPhoto as a jpeg file follow these steps:
Here's how to get any file into iPhoto as a jpeg file:
1 - open the file in any application that will open it.
2 - type Command+P to start the print process.
3 - click on the PDF button and select "Save PDF to iPhoto".
NOTE: If you don't have any of those options go to Toad's Cellar and download these two files:
Save PDF to iPhoto 200 DPI.workflow.zip
Save PDF to iPhoto 300 DPI.workflow.zip
Unzip the files and place in the HD/Library/PDF Services folder and reboot.
4 - select either of the files above (300 dip is used for photos to be included in a book that will be ordered).
5 - in the window that comes up enter an album name or select an existing album and hit the Continue button.
That will create a 200 or 300 dpi jpeg file of the item being printed and import it into iPhoto. For books to be printed choose 300 dpi.

Could you please specify how exactly have you created your form.
You might need to have Acrobat installed on your computer to convert a word document to PDF.
Do you have Acrobat installed? If yes, what version? If no, then please try using the trial version of Acrobat DC (latest version) and access its features:

Also, let me know what kind of blue boxes are you talking about.
If you want others to edit your PDF form, then you need to make it a fillable form by choosing 'Form Editing' option from Tools pane.
