Can I manually access, and set-up, a profile outside of the browser?

I set up a proxy in the browser using an address from a proxy list website and right after I did that it crashed every time I tried to open the browser. I searched on Chrome, trying to find a way to manually access my settings outside of the browser since I couldn't even get in to the browser, and I was directed to my profile. No website said how to alter the settings but they did say my settings were contained in the profiles. I thought to myself, "Since all my settings are in that profile, deleting it and reinstalling Firefox should fix it." It unfortunately didn't and now I have absolutely no way to make a new profile and every time I try to open Firefox it says I have an instance of the application running already.

No it is not possible. Content purchased from the iTunes Store is permanently tied to the account from which it was originally purchased, and Apple does not provide a way to change it.

If your Apple ID is the one that you use for making all of your purchases, it should, automatically appear in FaceTime already. How a no longer valid email address got there to begin with is a mystery to me, if in fact you do have, and have been using another Apple ID.
Go to Settings>FaceTime>Apple ID. Tap the old email address and sign out, sign in with your Apple ID. It should be verified and allow you to select it as the address that you can be reached by for FaceTime.
If that does not work, time FaceTime off, restart your iPad and then start all over again.

After installing ITunes 11.1, I can no longer access my purchased TV shows that are in the Cloud. I have opened Preferences, went to store to see if the box is checked for displaying items that are in the cloud and this is in order. Still can't access these shows.

I experienced the same issue. I am familiar with it from previous versions of iTunes and located the correct "Show iTunes Purchases in the Cloud" checkbox on your screen capture. Wasn't on mine. I decided to reinstall iTunes 11.0.1 and, as you can see from my screen grab, it is there now. Problem solved.

It won't recognize any hard drive I put in the machine, so might it be the sata cable?

Boot the Recvoery USB, use Disk Utility to select the internal drive makers namea and size on the left.
Now select erase and select the midde option and click erase, it will take a bit to complete but it's best for the drive.
Now select Partiton tab, click the big box and Options: GUID and then Format: OS X Extended journaled and click apply.
Quit and you should be able to install OS X now with your Apple ID and password.
