Can I no longer view my back cover (or additional) artwork in iTunes 10.6???

Hello, I have gone to great effort to scan in and add back cover artwork to many of my albums.
It used to work that I could view the back cover (or any other additional artwork) that I added to a song by clicking a set of forward and backward arrows that were to the left and right of where it says "Now playing" or "Selected item". Now with iTunes 10.6 (maybe before) I can no longer flip through my songs that have more than one artwork graphic added. I've tried right clicking, opening the artwork into the separate window… nothing. There doesn't seem to be a way anymore to view my back covers.
Can anyone else confirm this, and if this is the case, can you all help me get on Apple's case and tell them to put this feature back in?

In the release notes it says:
Improved album artwork handling, downloading, and display
This does not seem like an improvement to me.

Hi bc, Glad you got it resolved. I'm sure it wasn't easy, since you were dealing with AR, Flash Player and the 64bit issue.
I read a Windows forum that discussed the 32bit/64bit issue and was more confused after reading that than I was before.
Finally I did some searching and found several links that explained it:-)

Adding Back cover and other images to iTunes ?

I would like to keep images of the back cover (and sometimes the liner notes) with my iTunes library. The current version 9.0.1 seems to only allow one image per song/album.
Any suggestions?

I'm using iTunes 9.0.1 and I have no problem with adding an image to an individual song using the "Get Info" artwork pane. However, I cannot add additional images to multiple songs. Using the "Multiple Item Information" window to edit artwork will replace the current artwork with that being added.
If you are using the artwork/video viewer window in the left sidebar, songs with multiple images will have selection arrows at the top of the viewer window to toggle between images.

HT1382 I can't find the option to back up to disc on my iTunes

I'm restoring my laptop and want to save my iTunes before I restore but the option to save to disk is not on my iTunes. Help please x

Great spot, many thanks lllaass - it is indeed the solution and the second file as suggested was the fix.
Hope other can find this and use it as I have.
Solution:
Remove iTunes Preference files
Some of the files that iTunes uses to store settings and
preferences may be unusable and cause issues. iTunes has two
folders where preferences are saved. Move one of them to the
desktop and test to see if the issue persists. If it does, move
it back and remove the second folder. The location for the two
preference folders are:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes
* C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes
I found that if I removed the second one ie in the ROAMING folder
it solved the problem.
1. Close itunes
2. cut and paste the folder
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes
to the desktop (just in case it needs to be replaced)
3. restart iTunes and then plug in the iPad.

Why can I no longer view video I've purchased offline?

I had purchased several films from iTunes and these were downloaded directly onto my iPad. These worked perfectly offline until recently when I installed the latest iOS update (8.1) to my iPad.
Since then I can no longer even see the videos when I am offline.
I only bought these to keep my kids happy in the car so offline viewing is essential.
How can I fix this? Can anyone help?

Solved, all videos uploaded to iCloud as part of update,Great now I just have to download them ALL again. Thanks Apple for taking the decision to clear space for me, makes so much sense......w&nkers.

Can I print the jewel case back cover and disk label

Hi everybody,
I have bought a pile of albums off iTunes over the last couple of months and have downloaded and printed the CD covers when ever possible.
Is it possible to also print the back jewel case cover as well as the disc label????

Hi Bob,
All understood - it looks like what you see is what you get! I've not bought from the iTunes store, but it sounds like you only get the CD cover. Has anyone else out there ever got more that the cover?
Perhaps a line to Apple asking for the the rest of the artwork to 'always' be available when one buys a from the store.

Why Can I No Longer View .PSD Files In Windows?

Recently, I installed PS CS3 10.0 Extended on my PC. It replaced PS CS3 10.0.1 Extended, a version which was not mine. Before the change, I was able to 'view' the .PSD files in Windows. Now, all I am able to view is the icon.
I addressed this in the Microsoft forums, to no avail, as of yet.
Is this an issue with Windows or, perhaps, a setting in PS? I am at a loss and would appreciate any help.

The display of PSD's in Windows is related to the psicon.dll (think that is the correct name). It was included for years in PS, but was discontinued, due to troubles at about the time of XP. At one time, the user could get a copy of that .dll, and install it, however at a point in the past, that trick stopped working for most users. Not sure why you had the Thumbnails for a while, but not now. My guess is that the .dll was removed, or corrupted.
I just use other utilities, like Bridge, and ThumbsPlus, and seldom have my View Option set to Thumbnails in Windows.

100% in agreement here: a b/w slider as in iPhoto would be the best option. It's much more jarring to scroll through my albums now, whereas it was a pleasure before.
And am I crazy, or did there used to be a slider to choose the album cover art size as well? How on earth could removing that slider be a good thing?

I can't change the view/order of music on my iPhone in iTunes.

So, my iPhone is plugged into my MacBook Pro. iTunes is open, the iPhone is in my left column. I select the "Music" sub-cat under my iPhone, which shows me the songs on my iPhone. I cannot change the view or order in which the songs are listed. So I can't sort by name, or artist or album. It appears to be locked on genre, and only the standard list view is available.
I've restarted the phone. I've changed all sorts of setting in iTunes preferences. I am able to add songs, but I can only delete if I go into the "manually added songs" list.
I think this was an issue before I upgraded to Lion. Any ideas?

To Reset your Photo Stream, follow these instructions:
From a computer browser, go to icloud.com and sign in.
Click on your name on the iCloud home page (this is the page that shows all the app icons). If you do not see your name, click the cloud icon in the top left of the page.
Click Advanced.

Why can I no longer sort my albums by release date in recent iTunes?

In the older versions of itunes I used to be able to create playlists for each of the artists in my music collection and they would be listed in chronological order ie: by the release date, so that the most recent album would appear at the top, this option is no longer available to me, why? Also why was the cover flow feature removed? My music collection is quite large, close to 4 thousand albums and I want to be able to organise itunes in the same way that I organise my CD collection, alphabetically and chronologically and ideally with the option to organise artists by surname not by first name, in a logical manner. So I guess my question is, can it be configured to work in a more logical and common sense way as it used to be?

I still can't see it. I had two other people try to look it up and they can't see it as well. This has been tried in WIndows 7 and Mac OSX. Both with fully updated iTunes applications. I'm also worried about the other keywords associated with my podcast not bringing it up either. Searching FFXIV only brings up the first two podcasts for me. Searching Final Fantasy XIV brings up a ton of podcasts, but ours isn't listed. Here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing when I search for FFXIV.

I can't get my paid pplications back after an iPhone reset via iTunes.

First of all, thank you to read that post, trying to solve customers problems!
I had troubles with my iPhone two days ago and the only way to solve it was to reset the device to industrial configuration via iTunes.
Problem was a crash during update from ios 4.2 to 4.3.
I almost recovered all the informtions in relation with my iTunes account such as musics, contacts and few apps (around 10% of my apps).
I'm still searching for my 90% apps that I paid before the reseting!
When I go to the Appstore to download an app' that I already paid (I got the bills sent by mails), the Appstore ask me to pay it again, so I can't download what I already paid...
Any issues?

If you just go onto the app store with the same account that you bought the app with you can just buy it again and install it but it doesn't cost you anything because a pop up comes up on your ipod saying that you've already purchased this item and ask you if you want to download it again. The only problem with this method is that you have to remember all the apps you have bought which isn't a problem if your like me and haven't paid for many apps but if you have paid for lots of apps then this might be a bit innconvinitent

It is possible to change the casing of the phone. However, it is not available for purchase. I would recommend buying a light case to cover and protect the back of your phone.

All you can do is get the broken back cover replaced. First call would be one of your carriers shops or Apple store, other than that loads of repairers on the web. And then get your self a good quality Case for your Idevice
i.e. Otterbox Lifeproof etc saves a lot of hassle

Lumia 925 back cover issue?

I just own a brand new Lumia 925, grey. It's super! I have one question, though. When I touch / press the back at certain spots, especially the top rim, it moves, and even clicks a bit. I mean, not a huge amount, but you can see the space between the back cover and the metallic side of the phone change. Is this normal? The cover looks OK, and fits well, but on the left and right side it is firm, but on the bottom and more so near the top there is a little flexibility. Just wondering...

I just received my Nokia 925 today, January 29th, 2014 and...with the back of the phone facing me, the back is loose on the whole upper left quadrant.
I feel like I want to glue or tape it down...it is that distracting. Has anyone been able to get theirs repaired?
Are there any fixes that perhaps are easy and safe for the consumer to do?
Scotch tape would work...but who wants a taped up phone? Does the back snap off?
I can't believe I paid $400usd for the Nokia 925 and I am trying to see how I can keep it together.
