Can I package an app using just html and javascript and not flash ?

Sorry for the question, but I'm a little confused.
I know I can use javascript with adobe air, I made some test and works great, but I'm not sure if my app will work in an iphone after I build the package.

No, that's not supported in this version of PFI. From the Developer Guide: "You cannot write HTML- and JavaScript-based AIR applications for the mobile device profile."

However, purchases from iTunes and the Mac App store are forever tied to the old AppleID. There is no way to change that short of deleting the old purchases and purchasing new under the new AppleID.

You can't, all content is tied to the account that bought/downloaded it, so only that account will be able to download updates to its apps.

Can the Time Capsule be used just to back up on an existing wi-fi network? We just set-up a new Xfinity wireless modem which is supposed to be very fast, but Time Capsule set-up instructions indicate we need to use the Time capsule as the primary internet connection. True?

Yes you can.
The best way (and really the only way) to set up the Time Capsule would be to connect an Ethernet cable from your modem/router to the Time Capsule.
The Time Capsule will produce a wireless network by default, but if you don't want to use that network, it is a simple matter to turn off the wireless on the Time Capsule and use it only as a hard drive for backups.
I would be very surprised if the Xfinity modem/router would even come close to the wireless performance of the Time Capsule, but that may be another discussion.
If you elect not to use the wireless on the Time Capsule, then you will be backing up over the existing wireless network that you already have.
That would be a shame, since a third to half of the total cost of the Time Capsule is tied up in the wireless router portion of the Time Capsule. If you want to use the existing Xfinity wireless network, you could save yourself quite a bit of money by simply connecting a USB or Firewire hard drive to your Mac for backups. But, it's your call. -

If the developers of the apps have followed Apple's guidelines, the data should be in the backup made in iTunes, so you should be able to just restore the iPhone 4S from the most recent backup of the iPod touch, re-sync your apps, and you should be good to go. If any of the data is critical, though, you may want to confirm with the developer of the app, just in case they have some special procedure.

My Apple ID is being used by another person. I can no longer sign in using my Apple ID password, and worst of all is that I've been receiving in my email inbox email verifications in someone else's name!!! I have tryed to reset my Apple Id password but I don't even receive the verification email in my meail box, and when I try to answer the Apple ID verification questions not even my birth date is correct!!!!! I am trying to activate my program into my new computer (the old one was run over by a car) and it says I have exceeded my installations. It's Adobe Audition 3 (you can see I've been using it a long time) and I rely on it for work everyday. Please advise.
The activation server for Audition 3 was shut down by Adobe several years ago.
You now need to download the non-activation version provided by Adobe here

Install then enter the new serial number provided by Adobe at that link. Your existing serial number will no longer work. -

Can a Mozilla Marketplace app target just Firefox OS devices due to use of background service page
I'm writing a Firefox OS app that makes use of the background_page (background service) part of the app manifest and integral to the app working. So this won't work on a Firefox Mobile or Desktop version. Is there a way to submit an app that just gets targeted to devices that support background services?
I am aware that in the market place submission I can choose from:
* Desktop
* Mobile
* Tablet
But that means version of firefox and not if it is Firefox OS or any indication of support for background services. -

When I put "bean 1" in each war application, the ClassCastException appears.

java.lang.ClassLoader is the abstract base class.
WebLogic docs mention ClassLoader issues in several places; I would suggest
searching on "ClassLoader".
