I have my credit card on the Apple Store and I dont have any credit cards to make the update but is there a way that I can pay the previous purchase with a apple card

If iTunes gift cards are available in your country then you should be able to redeem them onto your account and use them to pay off any debt that you owe iTunes - you can't use Apple Store gift cards, they can only be used in Apple stores and their online store, they can't be used with iTunes.

Expanding on what Tim said to make sure it's clear, only the carrier to which the iPhone is locked can authorize unlocking. If Optus is the original carrier, as would seem to be the case, O2 would not be able to unlock it. Only Optus can authorize the unlock, so you'll need to contact them. They say, though, that only the account holder can apply for unlocking, so you might not be able to get it unlocked and will have to work through the person from whom you bought the iPhone.

I recently changed the the region of my Apple ID and now none of the previously purchased apps are showing up in Purchased info even if I delete and download them again. Before I changed the region I downloaded the free app called Constellation on my iPad, but upgraded it to Pro after changing region. Now when I installed it to my iPhone, it doesn't have the Pro license and asks me to buy it again.

I bought Lion 10.7 on my MacBook Air from App Store; it's still there under Previous Purchases. Now, I went to update on my iMac to OS 10.7.4 and it says I need 10.7 first (iMac is running 10.6.8) but I can't figure how to access Previous Purchaes on the iMac. I have authorized this iMac with the iTunes store and I only have 1 Apple ID (not multiple accts). I purchased Lion 10.7 for multiple computers - got it back when MobileMe was going away; the person at the Apple store walked me through it. Cannot figure how to access the software under previously purchased when trying to go there from my iMac. Help?

STEP 1: Open iTunes
STEP 2: Navigate to the "iTunes Store". It can be found under the "STORE" tab.
STEP 3: On the right side of the store there should be a "Quick Links" Section. Click on the "Purchased" link.
STEP 4: Navigate to the "Music" tab and click on "All Songs". Then at the bottom of the screen there will be a button that says "Download All". Click the button and your songs will be begin downloading!
NOTE: This will only work with songs that you bought from the iTunes store, if you imported them from a CD, you will have to do it again.
NOTE: You can also do this with Apps, Movies, TV Shows, and Books.
NOTE: You may have to sign in with your Apple ID to verify the download.
