Lost my contacts in ios8 update and now I can't post my question here

I posted my question here and it got deleted and they told me to go post it on the Developer forum cause it contains info about the new version of OSX coming out next month, but I'm not a developer and the developer forum sends me here if it's a question about using a product. And I have a question about using my iPhone 5s. Please don't delete this question again.
I updated my iphone 5s (64 gig) and ipad 2 (16 gig) to ios 8 last week and I stupidly said yes to iCloud Drive before I read all the warning signs not to. My photos are still there cause I didn't have them in icloud, but my contacts are gone on my phone. I updated my Mac Mini to (the new version of OSX after Mavericks and I'm hoping if I don't say the name of it this post won't get deleted) and I still see all my contacts on my computer, I'm just not sure how to get them back on my phone. Should I restore my phone in itunes to a previous backup from last month? Figured I'd check here before I went with that.
Please don't delete this post cause I can't post it in the developer forum. This is a question for the support forum. I am an end user.

An error message came up on the computer and said it couldn't complete the installation.
When I plug the ipod into the computer nothing happens. It sill shows the apple icon on the touch and a bar. It doesn't show in itunes at all.

Back up and down to Acrobat Scripting. Bot Windows and MacIntosh Acrobat versions use the same JavaScript.
If you are using LIVECYCLE DESIGNER use their forums. The JavaScript syntax and objects are different in LIVECYCLE DESIGNER!

There's no problem with that, go ahead. At the end of the day, if they're saying you are something that you're not, there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't be allowed to tell them to back off and prove why.  Could anybody please give me the list of workflow related tables ? I need to retrieve the following details.

I don't think this is the right place for this, but I will give one reply.

It is expected somebody first reads the guidelines and then starts posting, it is the first line in the guidelines. So I expect it also. I don't see why I should expect it from someone who has at least 30 points, and not from someone who has never posted.
About your analogy, it doesn't work because most of the time the functional consultant needs me to create the workflow, or he is part of the same project so we need each other. In this forum I spend my own precious time answering questions, and not for the points but because I want to contribute and help others. But I expect them to have tried to 'help' themselves first.
And as long as there is no moderator for the forum I will try to point people at the guidelines so this forum will not end up generating a lot of 'noise' and running of those who can help maybe the most (to name two: Kjetil Kilhavn and Mike Pokraka). I know they are thinking about skipping this forum because of the noise.

Depending on the situation I will do this to my peers and juniors, mostly because they will learn more from finding things out by themselves than from pre cooked answers. And learning is one of the main objectives here.
And my remark about the points is because you keep asking for them.

Hmm, maybe i need to ask you first what you exactly want.
If you have a BO that you want to attach in the user decision, bind it to the Attachobjects of the user decision.
It you want to attach a SOFM BO, create one as described above. Bind the SOFM BO to the Attachobjects.

Hi,
You can create substitution using the function module SAP_WAPI_SUBSTITUTE_MAINTAIN or using the transaction RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE.
Here you have to enter the username of the person for whom you want to maintain substitute, username of the substitute start date and end date of substitution.
This will do the job.
Note : Substitution allows only workitem sharing and not mail sharing.

I run this report withouh filing this field but I havenu2019t field cost center on report. I h've changed loyout and inserted cost center, but field Cost Center is empty. Why?

Hi,
You can get the field "Cost Center" on the selection screen, by selecting the " + " (All selections = Shift + F7) button.
In the report output, you will get the cost center as sorting field & the sum field. You can the details in the layout change, click the layout button in the right edge to get the option to change / select / save the layout.

You'll then need to get its URL from the site. It might be easy to see or you might have to read the site's FAQ for those details, as there are differences between sites.
Easier still, if you are using Safari or Firefox right clicking (or Control click with a one button mouse) on the uploaded image will copy the link for you.

How can you post comments during signal aquisition?

How can you post comments during signal aquisition? For example, while acquiring your signal, you want to post a comment which the temperature reads at "30 seconds" from your relative start time (t=34 sec into recording)
I have the LE package where events, alarms, etc cannot be used. Are there other ways that the user can mark an "event" during recording?

If you know how long it will be before you want a message to pop up you can simply include a sequence structure and in the first sequence have a wait time of your desired length and have the message pop up and display in the second sequence frame.

Can't post tweet on my iPad Mini!

Hi. When using the Twitter app, I can't post a tweet.
I get an error message saying
"Saved as draft. Error posting your message. There was an error sending your Tweet. It has been saved as a draft, please try resending later. (Error: forbidden)"

This also happens when I tweet in the mobile site in Safari.
What's really weird is that I can tweet perfectly with my second and third account (I have 3 accounts), but with my main account, I can't tweet! That shows that it's something wrong with my main account, I guess...
What should I do??
I've tried this:
* Rebooting (turning on and of) my iPad the normal way.
* Rebooting (turning on and of) my iPad with holding down HOME + POWER for about 10 seconds.
* Reinstalling Twitter.
* Removing all my Twitter account from the Settings app and putting them back in.
* Contacting Twitter support (no answer...yet)
Please help me!

Based on your first post, you have already done pretty much all that can be done as far as troubleshooting, and there is pretty good indication the issue is on your account (on the Twitter side) not your device. Twitter support is going to need to address this.

Wty issue - Can't Posted due to error Action T043 Post version IV to FI

I have one problem which is some of the wrty claims can't posted due to error message
log not found (in memory ) and also Action T043 POst version IV to FI not carried out as there was an error in a previous version.
For info, the earlier, yes this claim have error but already rectify. However still can't posted.

After a lot of searching I finally found the solution to my problem. I had to enable IOMMU in the BIOS on my motherboard (Gigabyte 970A-D3).

As an aside, I'm not really sure why when IOMMU is disabled, 32-bit kernels work, but 64-bit kernels don't. I'm guessing IOMMU support is disabled in 32-bit kernels while it is enabled in 64-bit kernels. Or, it is at least handled differently.
