I have a WiFi printer. Can I print a "Page" and "Number" documents?

If you have an AirPrint compatible printer, you can use AirPrint which is built into the iOS. If you printer is on this list it will work with AirPrint.

If your printer is not one from that list, you will need a third party app in order to use your printer. There are a number of printing apps available ... Print and Share, Print Central .... Search the App Store for more.

You will need to keep them in folder on your hard drive somewhere other than in iTunes or they will be deleted from iTunes if you delete them from the device. I have a folder on my Mac called iPad Pages Documents - very original don't you think!

This app can be used to back up, share, or extract information from your contacts. You can select which contacts to use by creating a group and you can choose which fields to include. So, for example, if you were creating a phone list to distribute to your bowling group, you could just include names and phone numbers and not include address or other information that people may not want shared. I was using pages in my ipad. Then I bought a Mac Pro and signes with a new iCloud account. In order to sync it with my ipad I deleite the previous iCloud account from the divise and started it with the new account. I previously choose to keep all the documenta before deleten the account.
Now when opened pages I can not see any of my previous doccuments

You'll need to copy the Pages documents from the old iCloud account to the new one. To do this, go to iCloud.com from your Mac and sign into the old account. Launch Pages beta and confirm that your documents are still there. Assuming they are, select them, then click the gear icon on the menu bar and choose Download Documents and choose the Pages format. This will download copies of the documents to your Mac. Drag the downloaded documents to your desktop and double-click on them to extract them from the .zip files. Next, sign out on iCloud.com and sign back into your new iCloud account. Launch Pages beta in the new account, then drag and drop the documents from your desktop to the Pages beta window to upload them to the new account. You can now access the documents from devices signed into your new account.

I run a natural food grocery store and am considering using iPads as our checkout device. (We currently use iMacs, which are nearly 5 years old now.) I think I could set up a nice system using FileMaker Go. I have done quite a bit of searching, and I don't see a clear answer as to how and whether I could print receipts on an industrial-quality receipt printer, wireless or otherwise, from the iPad. I'm not interested in anything that has a slow response time or requires printing through a separate computer (otherwise, I'll stick with using iMacs!). The receipts must be printed quickly and on the spot.
Apple's Camera Connection Kit appears to be a straightforward way to get a USB port onto the iPad, and I assume (correct me if I'm wrong) I could get multiple USB ports by attaching a self-powered hub to that port. So that should take care of the input devices, namely the barcode scanners and credit card swipes.
But it sounds like printing requires an additional application or a driver. I don't even have an iPad to test yet. Can anyone clue me in?

You cannot connect a USB hub to an iPad and you cannot connect just any USB device to an iPad via the Camera Connection Kit. The only supported printing from an iPad is using AirPrint which is supported by only a few printers, which won't meet your printing requirements.
I suggest sticking with iMacs, although I don't know why you don't use a standard cash register system.

I create Pages documents on my computer, and then store them in iCloud Drive. (I don't use Pages for iCloud beta; I create them with Pages on my Mac, and then upload them to iCloud Drive.) I would like to be able to retrieve those documents on my iPhone. Is that possible? I think I have all the settings right in Settings: iCloud Drive is on. Within that, Pages is on. When I go to the Pages app on my phone, all I seem able to do is create documents (which then appear in iCloud in my Mac, which is good.) But I cannot get to the documents that I have stored in iCloud by using my computer. Maddeningly, I cannot seem to find an answer to this anywhere. Is it not possible to do what I want to do?

Yes it is possible -- but I don't have much help for why it isn't working for you. I just tried saving 2 documents from Pages version 5.5.1 on my Mac and was able to open the document from Pages on my iPhone. The only things I can think of is to insure both are using the same Apple ID and that when you save on the Mac your save dialog is set to save to Pages - iCloud or to iCloud Drive.

I have exactly the same problem on a 4S on iOS 8. Have tried uninstalling, deleting FMF from backup, resetting phone and restoring from backup, but the problem remains. Sometimes the icon appears on a backup Home screen in iTunes, but it never appears on the phone itself. The app is accessible by going to the store, purchases and opening it from there. The app appears to have been running the whole time, but becomes invisible anytime I return to the home screen.

It's a Finder feature, related to Quick Look. You can hit the space bar in the file list to get a preview.
If that doesn't work, you may have an issue witha preference file or similar. I find rebuilding the launch databse works quite well resilving tis kind of thing, as does trashing Finder preferences
