Can I print one panorama picture over 2 or 3 pages?

Hi!
I have created a panorama picture from 4 pictures, using PhotoShop CS5 and imported it into Aperture as my photo archive application.
Now, I wonder if I can print this picture over several pages, A4 or A3, and stitch them manually together, as I want to have it big on my wall.
If I cannot use Aperture, do anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks Graham!
I want to do it myself, since i am very well equipped with several printer options.
I did try Panorama Maker 5, just downloaded a trial. It worked fine, except for the color fading, the picture lost it´s sparkelig colors. It prints the picture on two sheets of paper, making it possible to keep the panorama size. But the colors were dull.
And I do not know if I want to pay $79,9 just for the printing option. I read somewhere that it should be possible with PhotoShop as well, but I don´t know how...

Can I copy one frame of a movie using iMovie and save the frame as a file that can be printed like a picture?  If so, how do I do that?

You could if you want a postcard sized print.
Printers need a lot more "dots" per inch and even a 1920X1080 video doesn't have enough "dots" to make more than a postcard.
Look at the "More Like This" links at the right side of this page for instructions.

  • Can only print one item at a time

    Hey everyone,
Bit of a Photoshop novice here, use it for DVD covers and labels. I have been using CS3 previously but upgraded to CS5.5 last year. The thing is on CS5.5 I can only print one page at a time even when I input say 20 copies to be printed, only one will print. That goes for the regular printer for printing covers and the disc printer.
I can open CS3 up and right away it will print however many I ask it to.
Is there something I am missing? Something so painfully obvious that it is staring me in the face but I am just not seeing it?
    Thanks in advance!

It isn't a printer setting. I have 3 different printers connected to my system and all of them worked with CS3 fine. And when I delete the preferences folder for CS5.1 it works as it should but only once, then afterwards it only prints one copy, no matter how many I ask it to print!
So if it works when the preferences have been removed, then fails to work afterwards, how can that be a printer setting?
I have read elsewhere that others have had similar issues with CS5 and Windows 7.

  • I am trying to print all the PDF pages in a range of 5 pages but can only print one page at a time . . . It will print the current page, but not all or pages 1-5.  Can this be overcome?

I am trying to print all the PDF pages in a range of 5 pages but can only print one page at a time . . . It will print the current page only, but not all or pages 1-5.  I need to go to the next subsequent page and command to print current page; continuing with this procedure until all pages are printed one at a time. Can this be overcome?

You can use printPages(1, 5), however I need to know how you print current page.

I have PowerView for Excel 2013 on Power BI Preview. I have 2 reports sheet and 2 hidden data sheets on Excel.
I'm getting error on Mobile Application in Windows 8 RT tablet.
I should see 4 reports in preview page, but I see 2 correct reports and 2 errors.
Power View can only print one sheet at a time. Please switch to the desired sheet and try again.
Why this occurs? What should done in Excel?

Thank you for reporting this issue. This is a known issue that we had fixed last week. In a few days, the updated version of the app will be available in the Windows store. At that time, your app should automatically get updated to the newest version, if
you have not changed your default settings.
If you still experience issues next week this time, please post back and perhaps share your workbook, so we can do a thorough investigation.
    Thank you.

  • Can only print ONE document then have to reset Airport Express to print aga

    The title says it all.
Everything used to work fine until I installed Leopard. Now I can only print one document; subsequent documents will hang at 16% or 28%, etc.
    Anyone else had this problem?
    Thanks,
    Mark

No, you are not the only person with the problem. I have tried it with both a "g" and an "n" Express (I bought the "n" hoping it might work better; nope). I have a Samsung CLP-510 plugged in to it. It prints one document, then I have to reset the Express before it will print again. When it tries to print the next document, it flashes "Unable to open device (read failure)!" briefly, then pauses the printer.
It's been driving me crazy since I installed Leopard, so I basically gave up on the Express as a print server as there seems to be no cure, and Apple seems to have no interest in fixing it. (I have been through several firmware updates since the problem started, and none have made any difference).
+Oddly, though, just now after the seventh reset, it accepted 6 of the documents in my queue (I had 22 in the queue, and I've just been waiting for it to pause, then resetting the router for each document) before it failed.+

How can I print ONE contact on an Avery label sheet and pick where the printer starts?

In Contacts, select the contact you want to print, then click -> File -> Print (or press Command-P), then Show Details. Next to Style, select Mailing Labels. In the tab Layout, choose the Avery type you need. In the tab Label, choose the content you want to print.

  • Can only print one page to the Adobe PDF printer "device".

When I print to the Adobe PDF printer device I can only print one document.  When I print a second document I get the message "Adobe PDF Creation cannot continue because Acrobat is not activated."  However, if I reboot, I can again print a single document.
I'm running Windows 7 pro-64 bit.  I have Adobe Acrobat X pro, version 10.1.7 installed AND ACTIVATED.
Any suggestions for solving this damn headache would be much appreciated.  I'm sure tired of rebooting to print PDFs.

OK, here are a couple of ideas to try....
Go to Help and try Detect and Repair.
If you have Acrobat, you can try to distill the document or try a Save As

  • I can not print only a selected part of a page

I have reset the print.print_printer and still can't print only the selected part of a page. I highlight what I want to print and use control P to get to the printer setup. Then I click the selection button and then OK. The preview screen shows what would print but the page has blank space above what was selected. This has only started to happen since the upgrade to FF 11.0. I have tried the same operation using IE and it works fine. please, is there a fix for this??

  • Can you print one event at a time?

I can only find options to print out a day's schedule, or week or month, etc. Is there any way to print just one event?

  • Can only print one page at a time

    Using Adobe Reader 9.4.2
    Operating system Arch Linux
    Printer Brother DCP-115C
When trying to print more than one page at a time in a PDF document,
Adobe Reader appears to create the print
the print job appears in my print queue
the printer says 'Receiving Data', but only momentarily
    the printer resumes 'normal' status
the printer does not print anything
It is as if there is very little data actually sent to the printer, even though the print job appears to be 254k in size
When I try to print one page at a time from a PDF document
Adobe Reader appears to create the print
the print job appears in my print queue
the printer says 'Receiving Data' for several seconds
    the printer prints the page
    no problem
It seems to me that Adobe is creating a print job (for multiple pages) that the printer either does not understand, or the printer believes that there is nothing to print.
I am able to print everything that I need to, but only one page at a time!
Does anyone else experience this problem? Do you know how to overcome this?

You can use printPages(1, 5), however I need to know how you print current page.

  • Can't print to PDF anything over 89" x 34" ???

    Hey all-
I have a problem that is proving to be elusive.  I'm working with Illustrator CS5 & Acrobat Pro 9.4.2 on a Win 7x64 system.  I am trying to print a 96" x 36" vertical banner to PDf to send to my large format print house.  The file contains 2 embedded JPEGs and all fonts are curves. When I print to PDF I get a lovely informative error, "Can't Print Illustration".  I really don't believe that there is anything wrong with the file itself as I can start a blank page of the same dimensions and get the same error.  If I scale the file down to 88.09" x 33.03" it will print fine but a hair over that and no go.  I've exhuasted my Google allotment for the year searching for anyone who has had the same issue OR any page stating a maximum PDF or Illustrator size without any luck.
The problem just started, as far as I can tell, in the last week for I was printing to PDFs much larger than this with no problem.  As a matter of fact, I can still print these older files to PDF with no problems, create a new file this size and no love.
Thanks in advance for any help at all.

"Print to" produces a file about 3 meg and looks great, "Save As" produces a file about 125 meg and looks the same.
I am not convinced that this is correct.
How would you normally save as PDF?
Have you experimented with zip and jpeg compression options?
Remember that zip compression (Illie's default) doesn't work on pixel images.
Set image resolution to exactly the value you need, no more no less.
Set jpeg compression to suit your requirements. Depending on image content, you can often get away with much more compression than you think. A lot of jpeg artifacts get swallowed up by the halftone screens anyway.
Don't check Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities unless you really need to open the file in Illustrator.
No need to embed page thumbnails.
In fact all of the options in the save dialogue can be left unchecked if the file is for print output only.
This all makes for lighter PDF files.

  • When I try to print a photo from iphoto, I select the photo, click print and the preview shows there is a lot of the photo cut off.  It also prints this way.  How can I print the whole picture?

When I try to print a photo from iphoto, I click print and the preview shows a lot of the photo cut off.  It also prints this way.  How can I print the whole photo?

After selecting File > Print, a pop-up window should appear. Select "Customize" and this should take you back into a panel within iPhoto. Towards the bottom, you should see an option for "Layout". Select this option and choose the correct photo orientation.
    Hope this helps!
